The location was fantastic. My husband son were able to walk to the Rocket Arena to watch the basketball game. Nice places to eat around and things to do. The room was lacking body wash, the tissue box was basically empty, there was a blood stain on the bathroom floor, there was barely any toilet paper and the vanity in the bathroom was dusty. I do have to stay that the staff corrected issues right away and we were provided with body wash and more tissues. The valet worker when we arrived was borderline rude but the guy that got our car when we were leaving was wonderful, friendly and asked how our stay went. They need more young men like that. The valet Parking rate was ridiculous at $50 overnight but there were not many other options so we had to use their valet services. I am unsure if I would stay there again.

Cleveland Rocks

Was in Cleveland for a Guardians game. Short walking distance to Progressive and Rocket Arena. Whether you are looking for fine dinning or your classic dive bar, they are a short walk or quick Uber ride. Staff is friendly and professional. Did not eat at hotel so no comment left. For historical purposes I drove to Garfield's historic site in Mentor (25 miles).

The rooms did not get warm and when we checked in there were a pair of dirty socks in the room. Other than that, the hotel is beautiful, the staff is great and the location is perfect. The pool and hot tub are great - especially if staying with kids. It is very convenient to Playbouse Square and CSU so highly recommend if staying for shows.

The hotel is beautiful. It took a bit to get used to the neighborhood; shocked to see so many homeless. Police presence is impressive and it was rare that we felt unsafe in the square.

We had a great stay, the valet boys were quick and helpful. Mr. Alex, the concierge, was very friendly and gave us all the information we could need while helping with our bags when checking in and out. The hotel was great for our two boys and the family suite was exactly what we wanted.

The stay was overall excellent. The valet is very attentive and quick. However cheaper parking is nearby. The location is excellent. I had a water view but the view was so far in the distance. I did enjoy the view of the busy street and you can see planes taking off nearby.
