The stay was awesome. I want to mention that There is a gentlemen by the name of Gagan. He was the receptionist and very rude when I was trying to get help with an issue online. I specified that my agent from Expedia was trying to call. The agent called 3 times and no answer. So I went to the front desk to bring this to his attention and he laughed in my face and said “do you see anyone on the phone, do you see the phone ringing??” After that I spoke with the very nice manager. Her name is Laneisha. She helped me out tremendously and I’m so grateful to her for her help and support. Other than the rude guy, I always enjoy my stay at the Wyndham. Also Preston is also an exceptional host as well and very helpful. Thank you

I wasn’t able to get into my room until 6pm because the rooms weren’t “available” yet. I called for three days in a row to speak to a manager. Finally spoke to a manager and was told she’d call me back. She never called back. Never again.

The check-in process was probably the worst there is $100 hold that they have to do for incidentals that wasn’t listed online. Yet I’m confused what they use it for we went through three rooms before I gave up and stayed in the final from broken air conditioners, moldy bathrooms, toilets running, water damage in paintings. Questionable stains all over carpets, overwhelming smell of marijuana everywhere. Blood stain in sheets. Front desk staff was rude and unwilling to help with anything. Pool was OK, hot tub wasn’t that nice or hot and made us all itchy.
1st room given. This was the view. Thermostat falling off the wall.

Checked-in to room: it was dirty. Carpets not vacuumed and there was dirty cleaning cloth left on the nightstand. We got replacement room: the door was not able to close because of broken hinges. Finally got 3rd room: semi-clean.- before midnight everyone had to get out of the building because there was fire alarm active in the building. This hotel should not be marked 4 starts- such a disappointment.
