It’s time to demolish the property and rebuild. Very dated and dirty. Pay the extra $20 bucks and stay somewhere else. Old and dirty!!!

Not worth the cheap price if you got it cheap.

This is not a hotel. Its a run down motel at best. Everything is dinghy to say the least. Feom the floors to the walls to the elevators to the rooms. The outside is in need of serious landscaping. The inside is gross. This iz definitely not a 4 star rated location. My daughter and i stayed for a concert. Our door did not have a lock. The lighting was terrible. The bathroom was falling apart. The toilet was so low to the ground it may as wrll have been on the floor. The tub did not drain. Its so gross showering after ur kid standing in ankle deep water of their filth. The bed was hard. The fridge worked albeit small. The microwave worked. The window could not be seen out of because of whatever was on the outside of it. But the best was when the safe reset itself while we were out and my medications were locked in there. No one knew how to get it open that night and in the morning even the maintenence guy had to call his boss to find out how to get it open. So i missed my night time medicine. Good thing i didnt get really sick. Do yourself a favor, there is a Holiday Inn across the street. Stay there.

I will never stay or recommend this property to anyone. They had 1 person working at the counter with a line for check in a mile long. I’ve never had to sign a printed paper at a hotel nor had to wait until midnight to check in. I reserved a room with 2 double beds and received 1 bed and the lady did not care. She told me flat out, that’s all we have and didn’t offer anything else. The worst experience I’ve ever had.

Check in was outstanding when we arrived around 1900. However, for anyone who decided to check in after 2200, there was quite a long queue, so I imagine that there might be some complaints regarding inadequate front desk service

Review

The hallway carpets were very stained and unclean. Sections even had a slight smell. There was no notification that the linens were changed every 3 days, which is fine for us but we didn't know so we put our used towels together in a floor pile. Check in clerk Zirka (spelling?) was very efficient and friendly.

Much Better Wyndhams Out There

Temperature of the pool and hot tub were good. Safety equipment in the pool area was non-existent, despite the proper signage and no pool towels. I paid extra for a pool-view room. The outdoor pool was closed, the garden area had been neglected and not maintained, I had a view of that + a brick wall and overturned patio equipment through my fogged window. The furniture in my room was pretty beat up and my smoke detector had a bag over it. The hotel parking lot and side entrances were littered with trash and pretty filthy. Both times I was at the front desk, there was a delay, once was due to shift change. But the service itself was good. Staff was pleasant. A section of the hotel had the carpet ripped up and the general look of the hotel was in disrepair. I stayed 3 business days and never once saw a contractor or maintenance person working to improve the hotel. Definitely not the Wyndham hotels I'm used to.

Broken hot tub things floating in it. Check in has a line all day and night took 35mins. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Great location close to Outback , Dennys and some lizard bar fanatastic

Restaurant had no AC, floors torn up. Room was musty old and not in good shape. Tried to check in at 3 pm and was told it would be an extra $47 for early check in. So I waited until 4 and there were 5 people checking in and the key card maker was down. Check in process took way too long.

“There’s nothing we can do”
