Needed to find a place to stay after our terrible individual rental experience the night before. Stephen(I think) was helpful and kind. The hotel is stunning, so clean, no funky, perfume smells, bed comfy, rooms cozy. If I ever traveled back to Cleveland I would absolutely stay here!

The hotel was nice and clean and the location was excellent. The rooms however were extremely small and the lighting was horrible.The bar was nice and the food was very good.

The property is beautiful and very convenient to Progressive Field. The staff is efficient, friendly, and thoughtful. The bar and dining options are expensive but fabulous. The only downside was the size of the room – absolutely tiny, and the view which was of the wall of the parking garage.

When we checked in we were told that the room we were assigned to had a broken shade. She switched us to another room and the shower head was only about 5’4 inches high. My son is 6’1 so that was a bit awkward. I did say something at check out and the only credit he could give me was the room charge. The toilet seat also went to the side when you sit down …..

My stay here was wonderful. The rooms are gorgeous, exactly as depicted in the images. Rooms are the smaller side, which was alright. The hotel is really close to a lot of bougie and budget friendly restaurants and pubs downtown.
