The hotel is good, what I expect from a Holiday Inn. Clean room, pool and gym area were clean and nice, nothing over the top, totally fine. The area is not great. The Cleveland Clinic campus is right next to it, and that campus is nice, but the area around the clinic is not a nice part of town. I went to charge my EV at a nearby shopping center and didn't feel safe leaving it there alone. My other gripe is with the valet service. They were just parking the cars around the hotel. I asked if I could pay the $25, but park myself and keep my keys, I hate giving my keys to valet if it's unnecessary. They would not allow this and directed me to park at the Clinic garage, just a 5 minute walk away, and for only $12. So bizarre, but whatever. Don't expect to walk around this area, there is not much at all, you need to go downtown for restaurants and things to do.

The hotel was overpriced. We did not realize from the website that a discount for patients at the Cleveland Clinic was available! TV was undersized. Our room wasn't completely cleaned.
