Complete rip off. Rates are variable and you are at the mercy of this huge company to stay close to the Cleveland Clinic to care for your loved one. The door to the stairs is broken so it is always propped open, allowing all of the cold air in. It has obviously been like that for awhile. The “managers” text you to ask how things are but never respond back, so not sure what the point of that robo text is? Highly recommend finding an alternative place to stay if visiting Cleveland Clinic.

Valets lost our car when we were leaving to go to hospital at 5 am,couldn't find it so at 5:20 we took shuttle to hospital so our surgery wouldn't get cancelled!! More stress for a stressful day!! Think what happened was dayshift person put wrong tag on wrong set of keys! Wasn't informed they had the car till 11 am! Hotel accommodations were great!

room was fine. Front desk staff did not seem to communicate with each other, although each was friendly and polite. Restaurant was lacking in both variety and service. No one seemed to be able to direct me to local services, their knowledge of the surrounding area was definitely lacking. Valet parking personnel were great.

The staff was horrible! We arrived at 4:30am and waited in the lobby for 25+ minutes because the computers and serve was down which is FINE, we understand things happen. But no one in the lobby approached us or told us what was going on, when I finally waved down a worker who was sitting on her phone she told me "To be patient" and then walked away. Half an hour later finally the front desk lady told us what happened and had the biggest attitude. We will never be staying at a Holiday Inn, this was by far the worst experience we've had. Do not reccommend at all.

All in all terrific experience. Lots of patient family and friends relatives at the bar so misery loves company and a few glasses of wine and great IPA a welcome relief. Excellent shuttle to Cleveland Clinic.
