Horrible. No wifi as advertised and owner refused refund. I needed that for business! Thankfully, Hotels.com refunded fully, after some resistance. Bad smell in room and lobby. Nearly all the second floor windows were boarded up, with no explanation given.

This should be shut down. Walked in, saw blood on the sheets, and left.
I wish I could give 0 stars. Checking in process was easy. The gentleman that helped my boyfriend and me check in was so nice and helpful. But once we got into the room is where the stars start getting deleted from 5 to 0. We walked into the room and immediately saw a hole in the wall. Then we continued to walk into the room and saw another hole in the wall. Walked to the bed to look at the bedding, multiple burn marks in the comforter and also stains. My boyfriend and I decided to take a shower after being at the airport all morning, toilet seat disgusting, mold on the shower curtain, and also the grab bar was not screwed in properly, hanging off the wall. We grabbed the towels off the bathroom sink to shower with and the towels were wet. We asked for new sets and they only wanted to give us 1 set. When he gave us that set, those were wet as well. We went to talk to the front desk about getting a refund, we spoke to a different gentleman and he was so rude. Told us that he couldn’t refund us both nights because the room was used. Other people that checked in before us had the same problem. She said she had been switched 5/6 rooms because of the rooms being disgusting. In the end we got a full refund but I do not suggest this place.
The place was disgusting ceiling falling apart, paint chipped, sink clog, mold in the bathroom, stains on the bed and carpet. And the photos are all old, the place looks like a motel. It was just a fire on the second floor of the building.
Found bed bugs in our bed!! After that we high tailed it out of there, even though we were supposed to stay 2 nights. Trying to get a refund for our stay.
The pictures lie. Half the building is closed off, the rooms are small and unkept. There was water damager on the ceiling and missing ceiling panels. There were strange stains on the sheets, pillows and floors. The bathroom floor was sticky and the tub was peeling and leaking. There were chicken bones in the trash can and a used bandage on the counter by the sink. There was no remote for the tv and a sketchy door that led to the next room. We only saw ONE staff member during our entire stay and he was not present most times. The hotel is located BEHIND an abandoned building, which confused the gps. There are multiple borded up windows, pot holes in the lot and needles laying in the walkways outside. Also, the hotel messed up my reservation. They assigned us a room that someone was already in. And since most the building was closed there was only ONE room available (see above description). We traveled over 11 hours to get there just before 1 in the morning to first be told i dont have a reservation and then to be told aomeone was in my reseved room. The man at the desk treated it as if it was our fault thinking i had someone check in for me even when i had called ahead of time to let them know when id be there. Then he proceeded to say there are no rooms and nearly left us with nowhere to stay(i had called the surrounding hotels to check availability after we found out someone was in our room). The entire experience was horrible. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
The road entrances had deep trenches. The windows on the second floor were boarded up. The outdoor entrance canopy was being upgraded. The lobby seemed nice enough. The first room had a broken bed and stained bathtub and carpets. The second room was better but smoke detector was removed and TV didn't work (was informed about this though). The beds were clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful enough when there was a computer issue preventing checkin.
The gave away my room, even though i called ahead and confirmed late arrival. Finally they gave me a room that was unclean, faucet dripping, and with a smell. It's a low class location.
