Air conditioner while set to 66 did not seem to really cool the room. Room was not made up between my first and second night. Hallway was filthy. Room said non-smoking, but it was obviously smoked in.

Advertise breakfast included but there was coffee only. The room had no cups, tissues or hand towels in the bathroom, was missing light bulbs in the desk lamp and had loose veneer of the desk and the bathroom door. The bed was comfortable, the shower had decent water pressure and plenty of hot water. The sink faucet was barely functional.

There were no cups, the exhaust filter in the bathroom was filthy, and the desk chair was missing a wheel. Also, my room was $40.00 more expensive than my friends and she booked through Expedia also.

I've been staying here yearly since about 2015. General decline is expected. Wasn't as clean as usual but the major thing was 3 people in a room with 1 towel. When asked for more they didn't have any clean and said it would probably be around 10 am the next day before we could get any. We are pretty normal people but do prefer to shower daily.
