Centrally nestled in the post-industrial site of Cleveland's Flats neighborhood, The Foundry Sailing & Rowing Center serves as the focal point for this unique location.



The Cleveland Flats neighborhood is a symbol of sophistication surrounded by riverways, historic architecture, upscale residences, refined culinary offerings, and nightlife. Throughout the flats neighborhood, you will be surrounded by Cleveland's unique and revitalized bridgeways, riverbanks, and viaducts -- connecting the old and new -- making it Cleveland's "best kept secret"

Getting Around:

The Cleveland Flats neighborhood is walkable -- Rideshare scooters (Lime, Bird) and cars (Uber, Lyft) are available. The RTA Redline is also nearby and within walking distance. Off street parking is available and free.



Other Things to Note:

There are stairs into the apartments (second floor, see photo listed) -- 23 Steps



**Early Check-In/Late Check-Out: If you would like to either check in early or check-out late, please reach out to us at least 24 hours beforehand and we will do our best to coordinate with our cleaners. We do charge a fee of $25/hour (up to 2 hours late/early) for this option. Thank you!



Suites are located within an active and lively boathouse campus; rowing sailing and fitness practices, campus logistics and/or other social events may be occurring in the spaces below and in the surrounding campus buildings of the guest quarters simultaneous to the stay period.



**There is a $100 fee for tripping the fire alarm. There are signs on the door not to open. Please obey =)
