Pésimo hotel

Pésimo hotel, todo muy descuidado, el cuarto sucio incluso con bebidas abiertas adentro, la alfombra pegajosa, los platos con hongos y hasta las lámparas de la isla del kitchenet con telas de arañas y mosquitos en el ambiente. Olía mal la habitación, nunca entraron a limpiar y las condiciones del mobiliario muy malas. El sofa cama oxidado, colchón con manchas. La cafetera malograda. Muy lamentable.

Hotel was clean. We just needed the room for a one night stay while driving through Cleveland. Sofa bed had some white powder on it and the mattress was questionable. Our third person decided to sleep on the sofa as is and not use it as a bed. White powder may have been flea powder? If staying with more than two people, avoid the sofa bed option.

Sonesta Suites, North Olmsted is a very nice extended stay hotel. The rooms are updated, bright and spacious. The beds are extremely comfortable, all the linens are clean,white and fresh. The kichen area is great for an extended stay. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

Sonesta Suites is a nice extended Stay place. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The neutral colors, clean softinens make you feel at home. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen area has new appliances, and basic essentials. The bathroom is large and the shower works like a charm. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great stay for families

Loved that there was 1 bedroom plus a bed in the living room space for the kids. The place was clean. Did see an ant in the kitchen but just the one. More pillows and better pillows would have been perfect.

I booked this hotel after i had medical procedure at the Cleveland Clinic. I was admitted to the hospital. This hotel has a No Refund policy. They would not allow me to change the dates or get a refund. They dont care about you. They care about their money. I unfortunately have to come to Cleveland Clinic frequently. Look at all the money they are losing because they couldnt help me once!! I will NEVER make a reservation with this hotel.
