WE DIDN'T STAY! Upon arrival the outside of the building looked nothing like the photos on the website. We were concerned about that, but the lobby didn't look too bad. We had to wait just under 10 minutes for the receptionist to return to the front desk. We were supposed to check in to room 201, the room was hot and dingy. After messing with the AC unit for a few minutes trying to get it to work we requested another room. The receptionist gave us keys for room 202, but the key cards didn't work. My husband went downstairs twice with issues of the key cards not working in the door. The receptionist finally came up with us to the room and had to let us in with a master key. Upon inspection of that room, it was also very dingy everywhere and the bedding looked as if it was all wrinkled and not clean. The AC worked in that room but there wasn't a remote for the TV, however there was a tv on the wall and one on the floor, it was so bazaar. After our awful experience in the first 20 minutes of our arrival, we decided we weren't even staying there, it was a dump! The receptionist couldn't help me much with a refund but gave me an email for the property contact. I also contacted Neeta via the live chat on Expedia's website requesting a refund for this booking since we didn't even stay and it was one of the worst experiences and ruined our weekend where we were moving our daughter into college and hoping to get part of Sunday with her. So disappointed!
