The staff was very welcoming and friendly upon arrival. The facility was bright and clean. The rooms were stocked with necessities and very clean and modern. The breakfast in the morning was very good with a wide variety of options to choose from. The parking was fabulous and easy to access We enjoyed our stay there very much

I just didn’t like the fact that I drove from 3 hours away and when I got there at check in time and they didn’t have any rooms so I had to wait a bit longer. Then they had nothing in their food area because they didn’t have anything.

The bed is/was extremely disappointing Really thin mattress. With a considerable dip in the middle of it. Not a "bates motel" but it served its purpose. Within walking distance from hospital. Would not stay again, sleep is important, laying in a dip after 40 is not something you wish on anyone.

Great hotel! Clean, comfortable beds and a decent selection for breakfast. Check in was fast, easy and really friendly. Food options were near college campus but very close and wide variety to choose from. Even though the hotel was busy and we were close to lobby and elevators, it was super quiet! It was a great location to walk to the venue we were going to. Def

The reason for not 5 stars is because they wouldn’t give me a later checkout time even though we didn’t get completely in until 2am from the Cleveland Clinic ER with my mom so I had to purchase another night in order for us to get enough sleep!

Two of the three staff I encountered were very friendly and helpful. One wasn't so helpful with questions I had. It was fairly clean, but lots of neglected areas- down the hall it looked like a vacuum was run, but not thoroughly. Same with the room. A few stains on upholstery and cobwebs on the ceiling, crumbs on the bedframe. Just looked like they do a once over when cleaning, not deep clean. Area wasn't bad but just kind of out there on its own, not much around, at least on the weekend.
