The trash was not emptied from the previous occupants. The toilet ran all night & the bed was hard as a rock. Check in time was supposed to be after 3, but they sure charged the card I reserved the room with well before we were even there. Breakfast was horrible. Will never stay in a Wyndam again

Let’s start with the one positive thing about this Hotel. The breakfast staff was kind and incredibly friendly and helpful. That’s it. The hotel smelled horrible, some places smelled like smoke, some like marijuana, some like must/mold, and was so dirty. There was garbage in the closet of the first room we were given. Then, upon moving, we found the air conditioning broken which would not have been a big deal except for that it pumped out so much warm/damp air that the room felt like a rainforest. The third room we were given smelled like an ashtray but at least the temperature was better. The elevators were broken/out of order. The room keys did not work more than half of the time. The card readers to enter the alternate doors of the hotel were broken, so you always had to walk around the building to enter. There was no hot water available in the shower. And the toilet was sitting at an angle in the bathroom as if it had been twisted there, and was not easy to flush. With the exception of the breakfast staff, everyone else working there seemed like they couldn’t be bothered to help with even basic things like towels, which were not in the room when we got there. I wish that we would have taken pictures of everything that we encountered. Because if I had not lived it, I wouldn’t have believed it. If we hadn’t had such a short trip, where we were out all day, we would have moved hotels. I would recommend staying literally anywhere else.

the Hot tub did not work. elevators were hit or miss, at one point we spent 20 minutes riding from the first floor to the ninth. we asked for ground floor and close to each other and got neither. some of the bathrooms were not in working order. toilet in our room we had to jiggle the handle to get it to fill up.

The elevators on the tower side were mostly ok but sometimes noisy and sometimes the door would not open wirhout pushing the open door butron and most times the level was off so you had to step up when exiting.

Poor Service and cleanliness

Its was the worst hotel stay ive ever had and i tarvel alot. Checked in Friday night at 9pm and got to my room 347 and there was no towels or wash rags or hand towels and no soap or shampoo. I called the front desk and told the lady and she said ok. Never showed up that night. Called the desk in the morning and told them what i needed and desk person said I would have to wait till housekeeping comes in. Checked out of the hotel Saturday morning to go to a different hotel because of the terrible service.

The lady at the front was extremely rude, the rooms had this terrible fragrance like air fresheners, had to where a mask it was awful. The toilet was broke wouldn’t flush and there was NO hot water. We left 4 hours later couldn’t stay here. I really should be getting a refund!

Got to the room at 4:15 after our flight being delay 3 times. Got to the room and there was a sex toy on the floor. Went to report it and e said “ ok noted”. Went back to the room tire and at 5;25 someone knocked on the door and ask if he could work on the room key, because he was told it wasn’t broken. Went to bed and found stains on my blanket. I need someone to please contact me.

"I'll let (insert the service) know" means that nothing will happen unless a manager is close by. Kid found a vibrating adult toy under the bed. Had one towel for two/three days, for the four of us, despite multiple calls/requests for more. AC was broken, mind you I didn't say anything until our 2nd to last night there because I was comfortable, but nobody was sent until a manager was close by to hear the complaint. Pool had chlorine resistant, but harmless, bugs/parasites swimming with us. Courtyard was closed, but as we were trying all the doors we found window ledges so caked with dust/grime that there was a thing layer of dust/grime where people wrote "Clean me". One kid touched it before I could stop them and his finger was sticky after. Somebody dropped a glass in the elevator. The person "cleaned it" however still plenty of glass shards on the floor and on the 1st floor there was a rather large glass shard just sitting there in front of the elevator. None of this really got cleaned until a manager appeared. The only nice thing about this place was the location because it was in the dead center of everywhere we wanted to go during our vacation. So we planned our trip around it, everything was a 15 minute drive from here in different directions, it was nice. I wished I would have taken photos, but I didn't
