Elevator didn’t work and they have no first floor guest rooms. Husband semi handicap so it was a big challenge getting him in the room. They don’t have handicap parking but have like 10 spots to plug in a car right by the door. No microwave in room. The room was nice and big with some wear and tear but that’s usual.

Don't consider this facility a cut above. Restaurant wasn't serving food, pool was closed, elevator was out of order. Shower tile was moldy, towels were so thin you could see thru them. 3 bath towel, 1 face cloth and hand towel, 1 drinking glass for use between 2 adults. Ancient AC wasn't the noisiest I've heard...it was adequate. I will say that the bed was very comfortable and the morning coffee was great, but not worth the upcharge. Staff was pleasant.

We needed to change rooms as the sheets had stains that were questionable, the elevator was broken and apparently has been some time, we were fine using stairs as we had nigh luggage but they were inconveniently located and a bit rundown. Area seemed safe enough but side doors to access stairs remained unlocked. Room door locks were possibly new and were not installed to be flush so they rattled a bit. Key cards took several attempts to work. Room lighting was very dim I feel in part to hide the wear and tear on decor and furniture. Pros: good hot water, price, pleasant front desk service

When we stayed, the elevator was not working, there was a stain on the bed spread and at weird hours of the day and night time a chicken soup smell took over the room and hallway.

The beds were comfortable, and linens appeared to be clean, the A/C was whisper quiet, the room was generally clean and quite large, the furniture was pretty dinged up, but the carpet looked fairly new. We only stayed overnight after a wedding, so it was fine for the price. Check in was easy, staff was friendly. Glad to have coffee in the lobby. The elevator is STILL broken, reading other reviews, it's been out for quite a while. I doubt they will fix. The hallways and stairwells needed some definite attention, The side door didn't have a lock, so if you're concerned about safety, that would be an issue. I wouldn't choose to stay here again, but it was Labor Day weekend and all the other places were much more expensive. If you're not looking for luxury and don't mind the that the place could use some serious updating, then it should be ok.

Sometimes you get what you pay for

As I pulled into the parking lot to check in, I immediately noticed a large crowd of people, with motorcycles in the parking lot drinking. Apparently, this hotel hosts bike nights on Thursdays throughout the summer. There were a band and an outdoor bar that was set up in the side parking lot. I would say there were between 125-150 people there drinking, dancing, and listening to the band until 9 PM. I know 9 PM isn't late, but the band was literally set up in the parking lot, right below my window (lucky me). I have no problem with hosting a bike rally as a business; however, it would have been nice if I knew ahead of time. The gentlemen that checked me in were nice and friendly. There are two restaurants (Chili's and a local Italian restaurant) in very close proximity (My meal at Chili's was not very good). The elevator was broken, pool was closed at 7PM (instead of the published time of 10 PM), there was no working vending machines (and nothing nearby to walk to). Not my worst stay ever, and sometimes you get what you pay for.

Park Manor was a nice place to stay. I would stay there again. The only negative thing was the elevator was broken and my room was on the 3rd floor. Wouldn't have been bad if my breathing was too notch. There was also no hair dryer.
