The rooms are disgusting. Refrigerator smelled. The bathroom wall was crumbling with a large hole. Multiple light bulbs were burnt out. The TV was basically a computer monitor. Planned on using the guest laundry but after looking at it, I changed my mind. The laundry machines looked thirty years old and the floor was covered in towels.

I asked for non smoking and the non smoking room I was given smelt of heavy smoke + damp moldy smell. We left immediately and found a new hotel- pictures are nothing that are shown online.

The manager was very rude, I am on a cane and other staff had been letting my partner take my card and ID to office to pay for another night but he always made me walk all the way down to the office. They had no regular coffee for at least 4 mornings we were there. In the bathroom we had to use one of our towels to clog the tub for a bath. They were knocking on our door at 8:30 or 9 am ea day to see what time we were leaving. On our departing day since I am Platinum member, I went online to request late checkout. Online said 1pm nc so that's what I put in for but by 11:40 we got a knock on the door saying we had to be out by 12 noon even though the room was not rented to anyone else at that time. They also overcharged on my acct 3 times. 2 for room rates for same day (always refunding me the smaller amt charged) and once for my dog fee but he always said I was in the wrong before looking at it and then admitting the mistake.
