The first room that they gave me the sheets were dirty, and HAIR was in the bed. There were bugs on the walls and on the curtains so they move me to the room directly next-door got in there and bug in there as well didnât realize that there was a bumblebee also in there until the next morning flying around no pool thatâs covered up with the carpet. The only thing I can say that it was very quiet and I was able to get some rest.
The customer service was terrible. I made a reservation after trraveling long hours. When I got to the property the man at the front desk was rude and had attitude. No where when I made the reservation did it say I couldnt check in until the next day at 3pm. I wasnt able to get a refund and I never got to stay in the room.
15 minutes before checkout they were extremely rude & knocking every 2 minutes saying we had to get out immediately. We left the room at 11 then sat in the car to see what the emergency was. They didn't come clean the room for 2 more hours! All they did was get the towels & make the bed. This was the worst place we have ever stayed.
When I turned on shower the water was black. Had lots of air coming out. It finally cleared up to take a shower. Next morning the water looked like coffee. I had to use a bottle water to brush my teeth. Manager says it happens every month. No excuses for this.
Hotel does not accept service animals. They said theyd refund my reservation however Expedia is unable to reach the hotel. They will not answer the phone.
When I asked to have a 1st floor was told none available!!! Many rooms empty!!!! Breakfast was in my mind going to be something I'd eat. Waffle batter had 1/2 inch in container, no butter and sugar free syrup with 1/4 in in bottle. Not to mention no napkins and any juice!
