Such an amazing experience. The house had a lovely low key beach vibe and everything highlighted how detail oriented the host is in making the stay a fantastic experience. There were even welcome snacks! Everything was super well stocked. We are coming from Europe and like to have a base to see family and friends. We usually stay by Disney and do enjoy it, but this was much better vibe and still just an hour to the parks. We were at the beach multiple times, used the pool every day, and the bbq a few times. Any inquiry and Teresa sorted pronto. We couldn’t be happier with our experience, highly recommend.

5 stars all around. The home was very clean and prepared for our arrival and had ample supplies that we didn't even expect to be provided. All tvs and electronics worked as intended, including the wifi. The game room was awesome and lots of fun. The outdoor setup was fantastic- tiki hut/cover and fans were a lifesaver given the heat. The pool is simply fantastic. The photos online match what you see in-person and there were some additional special touches, e.g., paper bow ties strategically placed in a few areas and a snack tray provided that added to our experience. Lastly, the host was gracious enough to work with us on an extended checkout time. Fabulous location that I could not recommend enough!

Enjoyed our stay at this location. Pool was perfect. House had everything we needed to keep kids entertained and relax and enjoy the days. Contact with owner was excellent. Beautiful house and has everything you need including high chair and blow up mattress and fans.

Beautiful home & great location!

This home is gorgeous and the backyard is beautifully landscaped with an incredible pool. Every morning we went to the beach & basically had it to ourselves! We spent the afternoons in the pool relaxing or exploring all the area has to offer. We had great weather & there’s a lot to do nearby. The host even sends a reminder for rocket launches. This is the best stocked VRBO we have been to yet. Teresa really makes sure her guests feel at home and comfortable! It was Halloween our first night & we took our 5 year old trick or treating! This neighborhood is wonderful & safe with awesome neighbors. We would absolutely stay again!

Tropical Paradise

Amazing property! Beautiful well stocked home! The backyard with pool and tiki hut was like a tropical paradise! The garage is an awesome little game room to take a break and get away from the heat. My husband and I stayed at this home with our daughter, son in law and 3 granddaughters ages 4,3, and 1. We had the perfect vacation. Close to beach, Disney, many great restaurants, miniature golf and dolphin cruises. We seen rocket launches from the beach and driveway! I can't say enough great things about this home! The owner thought of everything!

Just got home from a short, but great stay. This house is super convenient to everything in the area, but in a quiet neighborhood. The pool is fantastic and hard to want to leave many days. The house was spotless and has that cool old Florida vibe.

Great place to stay while visiting Cocoa Beach. The house has everything you need. The pool and back yard are gorgeous. Location is great. 10 minute walk to the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Great spot!

We really enjoyed our stay, and Teresa was very communicative and helpful throughout our time there. The wifi worked great for us as several of us were working, and the game room was a fun bonus. We only wish the weather was better so we could have enjoyed the pool!
