There are 2 TV's are located in the unit; one in the bedroom and one in the living room. The unit is equipped with a washer and dryer and an oceanfront balcony. This room has a maximum occupancy of 4. Resort amenities include elevator, tennis, restaurant/lounge, business center, gym, WIFI, game room, heated pool, hot tub, sauna, basketball court, security, and more.

In addition to surfing, sailing, shelling, Discovery Beach Resort is just blocks from the Cocoa Beach Pier, minutes from Cape Canaveral and the Kennedy Space Center. Orlando and Disney are less than an hour drive away.

Great condo

We loved our stay in this condo. The pool and jacuzzi were great. Love the music that plays in the pool area. The restaurant and tiki bar onsite were wonderful. The service was a little slow but worth the wait. Would have been nice to have beach chairs in condo instead of renting them at the front desk. The condo could use some updating but it was clean and all the appliances worked well. The beach is very nice. We enjoyed walking to the pier which is very close. We were able to watch two launches while we were there. The listing indicated a king size bed in the one bedroom condo. It is only a queen which was very disappointing for us. It needs to be changed in the listing.
