I love the tiki bar atmosphere and the access to the beach. I have staff 4 stars due to 1 member of the staff that was cranky both times we had to interact with her. She was wearing a mask so that would explain it.

The property was on the beach and offered great access and beach amenities! The hotel is doing some construction so there was extra noise and inconveniences to get around the property. I was given a room on the first floor and there was no ice machine on the first floor. I didn’t receive housekeeping services eventhough my family and I were out of the room all day no one came to at least pick up trash and towels. However on our last day I paid for an extra late checkout and housekeeping came by and opened our room 4 times looking to clean eventhough I explained that I had paid for late checkout and gave them the time I had to checkout and I put out the privacy sign, they continued to come in.

House keeping service was somewhat lacking. Didn’t show up the last day at all and when they did show up we usually didn’t get enough towels, soap, or shampoo. Overall the hotel/facilities were wonderful. Just a small glitch with mentioned above.

Awesome location on a beautiful beach. The staff was great, very easy to just charge things to the room. Set up where you really can just stay on property. We had a suite with a great view. The bad…. The property is showing its age. The pool is def small by any standard. The weight room is also pretty small. Still had an amazing time just some things to know when booking

Our floor smelled for more than half of our stay. Seems like someone toilet overflowed and nobody cleaned it properly. Our room was never attended to by room cleaning without calling. We were gone till 4 or 5 every day... plenty of time to clean. Our ocean front room was really pushed back and not the block of rooms closest to the ocean. Looking down at the roof of the building and to the left was the hotel. Straight ahead and to the right was the ocean. BIGGEST thing was that for being a beachfront hotel... they will take away the umbrellas and rentals at 5pm. Which is early considering suns up till 930.

Very clean property. Rooms were spacious and had plenty of amenities. It’s so close to the ocean & beach you’ll love it. Typical bar food and the prices were fine. The staff is very friendly and helpful if you’re only staying a few days. I’d stay here again for another pre-cruise visit. Only issue the pool had way too much chlorine in it, but very understandable due to all the children running around. But go get in the ocean! As for location you can’t beat staying here and looking out over the ocean.

Loved everything about our stay. The atmosphere the cleanliness the restaurant, the beach etc.. The only reason I gave it four stars is because if you want housekeeping to tend to your room, you have to let them know. Would definitely stay there again.

The hotel and staff made my trip amazing there was restaurants inside the hotel which was a plus for me because I did not want to have to order !! Using ubereats. The food was amazing the access to the beach was easy and amazing 😋 the staff was so funny and friendly I will go again if the time come up.
