Cocoa Beach mit Raketen Start

Es ist ein schönes Appartement. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefĂŒhlt und einen tollen Raketenstart am Strand gesehen. Das Appartement liegt wirklich gut. Man sollte allerdings die Sandflys beim Appartement nicht unterschĂ€tzen, sie können schon sehr quĂ€lend sein, aber die Apotheker von Publix haben geholfen. Aber trotzdem es war ein schöner Aufenthalt.

We stayed with Jacki for a short trip before we headed to Disney with our 1 year old and she accommodated every need we had! We appreciated all the beach toys and items that were available to use. Extra towels were brought without asking and laundry room was able to be used upon request! Such a cute and quaint little cottage home, perfect spot if you are looking to stay close to the beach!

This place was well equipped, very clean, and was located in a quieter neighborhood for our family. Also, we enjoyed the 2 sitting areas outside and the bikes. The owner was on site daily checking in, was very helpful, and suggested local activities for us to do. The beach was a 7 minute walk away. We picked a great spot and if you choose this property you will not be disappointed!

Fantastic space close to the beach

We loved our stay! The host was made us feel welcome and offered recommendations for our stay. The home is close to the beach, a launch site for boat and kayak tours, and a quick drive to the Kennedy Space Center. We loved having the bikes offered as a way to ride down the road for lunch and ice cream and to keep the kids busy. Definitely a 5-Star stay!

We had a lovely stay at this property—Jacki was welcoming and responsive, the house and location were quiet and an easy walk to the beach, and beds were comfortable. We appreciated that the kitchen had all the essentials plus some extra treats. Great place for a family!

Beach vacation with my kids

Had an absolute blast on our cocoa beach stay! Property is gorgeously kept and absolutely immaculate inside and out. We took full advantage of beach accessories and kayaks and laundry facilities. Met property owners while on site and they could not have been any nicer. Will definitely rent this property again on our next trip to cocoa beach.

Relaxing Stay

This was a great place to stay for our family of 3. Quiet neighborhood that was only a few blocks from the beach. A wagon, umbrella and chairs were provided for us to use at the beach which was much appreciated. Great communication from host on rocket launch updates and locals places to eat. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Place!

Great little cottage! Loved that everything we needed for the beach was there and I didn’t have to take our own stuff! Laundry on site to wash our wet swimsuits and towels! Big plus was the outdoor shower! I was so glad I could wash the sand away and not carry it into our cottage. Our second day, toddler sized chairs showed up out back and front for our little one to sit in! How thoughtful! Quiet neighborhood! Almost forgot to mention, the place was spotless, very clean! Would definitely stay again!

Great 2 days

Wish I’d had more time here. Great location and all the toys I could want. Also, loved the many extras like kitchen spices, oil, coffee grounds etc that I didn’t have to buy in order to cook. Instructions were clear. Used the beach towels, chairs, wagon and boogie boards. Also was able to kayak both mornings and was rewarded with dolphin, alligator, osprey and numerous bird sightings. Easy access with coded locks, private outside areas. Would stay again when I am in the area. Thank you!

Everything you need!

It was perfect! We stayed 3 nights with our teen boys and had a great time. The access to the wagon and all the beach toys was excellent. Made enjoying the beach so much better. We did not have to waste time renting beach chairs or body boards. The host kept us up to date on rocket launches and we were able to view a space x launch one evening. The unit was very clean and all the small details were thought of. The listing was accurate about everything. It was a very quick walk to the beach and the access led straight to an area that was not overcrowded. We would definitely stay here again and absolutely recommend it!

Lovely Place Near Beach and River

We loved staying here! So fun using the kayaks with an easy walk to the river. Everything you need for a fun day at the beach (for adults and children) which you can pull in a wagon for the short walk. We used the grill and enjoyed using the fully equipped kitchen for our meals. Property manager let us know about a scheduled rocket launch which we were able to see from the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful place to stay & great location

Tiki Turtle Cottage had everything we needed for our weeklong stay. The beach chairs, beach towels, washer and dryer all came in handy. Loved that we were just a quick 5 minute walk from the beach. And the shaded patio area in the back is perfect for reading and relaxing. We walked into town every day for either snacks or dinner or some shopping. Great place-loved it!

We stayed a month at this lovely place. Conveniently located. Walking distance to the beach , Banana river and the town. We walked to restaurants in the evening and the beach or river during the day. The manager Janel and her husband Mark were amazing. If we needed anything it was provided right away . The owner was wonderful too, providing information on vegan grocery options and restaurants. I highly recommend this place !!

Great family vacation

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in cocoa beach. We cooked most of our own meals in the well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed the patio space to BBQ. The beach toys were also wonderful. The beach is nice and close and you can walk down to play, swim or watch some launches. FYI you have to cross two busy roads to get to the beach. One downside of our stay was my 6 year old didn’t sleep well because the left bed in the twin room was quite uncomfortable. I had seen this mentioned in a previous review so it was not a surprise. If you wish to see some wildlife, check out the boat excursion with wild side tours. It’s less than a 5 minute walk at ramp road boat launch. Coconuts on the beach has yummy food and great patio on the beach. We love cocoa beach and will be back!

Perfect Getaway

This place was perfect for our needs! We came from Disney and needed a quiet place to rejuvenate before heading back home. This was exactly what we were looking for. No need to back any beach items, they’re all available in the laundry room. Kitchen was stocked for us to cook and clean up. Rooms were great, we didn’t watch any tv but enjoyed dinner on the patio area. Walked to the beach several times. I highly recommend if you aren’t interested in a loud party like area. Quiet, simple and relaxing.
