The location was close to the beach and walkable to many area restaurants and shops the downside was loud traffic noise. Overall the home was clean but in need of some TLC. Peeling wall paper, cracks in floors, missing light bulbs, many bulbs not working in the courtyard, refrigerator filters need to be replaced, the home had a general air of neglect. The pictures of the property do not represent the current condition. Also, there is a broken hot tub in the courtyard. The owners were very responsive when notified of lots of dog poo and burned out light bulbs in the home when we arrived, they just need to take better care of the property.

Overall this house was a wonderful place to stay for our multigenerational family vacation. The location was close to town. Quick walk to the beach. We had plenty of beds to accommodate everyone in our family. Tons of sand toys, beach chairs, etc. House stocked with many useful items. Thankfully even Bug spray!

Great layout and location!

This is a gem of a house! We loved the courtyard and extra “flex” rooms to spread out. The in-law suite was perfect and nicely laid-out. This house is so well-appointed- from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the toy storage room- it has everything you need to feel at home. It feels more like a home we got the privilege of visiting; less like a rental. Busy road out from not really an issue - we took the dog to the beach multiple times a day- perfect distance for a short walk. Highly recommend this place! Well done!!

Sufficient and fun location

This property worked great for our group of 7 adults, 2 children, and 1 infant. The house was acceptably clean but not crystal. The best way to describe it is the house is very well used. If you’re staying in cocoa beach you can’t beat this location. We walked to a coffee shop every day and even a nice dinner one night. We even walked to the beach a block away to watch a space X launch. It is on a main road with no sidewalks or cross walks. However we managed even with small children. The kitchen was the cleanest part of the house which of course is the most important however the whole house needs a freshening. Some of the thresholds were coming up and it’s in need of paint with a lot of scuff marks on the walls. The sheets have pilling and the mattress covers were not freshly new with minor stains. Communication and check in was great. Bottom line, the house gets the job done!

Love this Property

it was such a blessing to be able to bring the whole family together and our two fur babies in one property. The location is perfect. There were so many amenities that we were able to enjoy during our stay. I will definitely try to book this house again next year.

Best Family Vacation!

The Pink Flamingo was perfect for our family vacation this year. We came from 2 different states and met up for a week long stay for 11! We had everything we needed and more. This location and property was perfect for our group. The property managers were very responsive for just a couple of issues that we had, everything was taken care and we were able to enjoy our stay. We would definitely stay here again! We even named a drink after the house! Every morning we had a Pink Flamingo!

Family Reunion

The Pink Flamingo was comfortable and perfect for our family gathering. There was plenty of kitchen space and a grill to prepare meals. We loved the open spaces to sit and talk. My husband and I treated our 4 adult children, their partners, and 3 grandchildren from 2-11 years old with a long weekend stay on this property. It is within walking distance of the beach, stores, and restaurants. There was plenty of space for all of us, including our 4 vehicles. What really impressed me was the amount and variety of toys and games available for the kids. The kitchen was fully stocked with so many things we might have needed. Carmen was great and responded quickly to any questions we had. I highly recommend for large families like ours!

Carmen was so nice and accommodating. The property is so cute, very clean with lots of extras - beach accessories, LOADS of towels, fully stocked kitchen. There were 12 of us in town for a bachelorette weekend and it was perfect!

Very nice place to stay. We'll stocked, very clean, nice yard, and everything worked as it should.

Owners were extremely responsive to our needs. Yard is pretty private but it's not like you can throw a party there, there are neighbors to be respectful of. Within walking distance of a few restaurants and bars. Beach access is 2 blocks away and not crowded. There is even parking there if you need to haul a load to the beach. Would definitely recommend staying there. Thanks.

We had a wonderful weekend celebrating the bride to be at the Pink Flamingo. The house is open and perfect for a girls' getaway. The host was kind and accommodating. The location is perfect.
