Although the building is older it is kept in pristine condition, the grounds and especially the pool are great. The pros of unit 45 are, it has a great view, it was very clean, the tile floors are very nice and there was plenty of room for four adults. The kitchen is ok but could use some new appliances and additional cutlery. Bathrooms and the master bedroom are adequate, the second bedroom needs new mattresses. We were very disappointed in the balcony and living area furniture. We spent a good share of our day on the balcony, and the cushions should have been retired years ago. Later in the evening we would sit and talk in the living room, the sofas were extremely uncomfortable, although they looked good in the pictures. We would go back to Spanish Main but not to unit 45.
