This property is very pet-friendly, and the process of registering our pet ahead of time was extremely easy. I called customer service twice before our trip, and each time the service was excellent.
The luxury apartment was exactly as described in both the listing and the photos. When we arrived, the check-in instructions indicated there should be two mail keys and a key card for the pool. I only found one mail key, so I sent a message to the management team. They responded very quickly and let me know that I could pick up the second key if needed. Since we were only staying for a week, I did not end up needing it, but they still had it ready for me to pick up, which I appreciated.
There was also a light in one of the closets that was not working. I reported it, and again they responded promptly and offered to send maintenance to fix it. Since we were only there for a short stay and weren’t using the closet, we declined, but it was great to see how quickly they were willing to address the issue.
The pool area was extremely clean and very relaxing. The dog park was also well maintained, and we were very happy to have that option for our dog.
Overall, the booking process was incredibly easy, and the cost was much more affordable than staying in a hotel for a week. The apartment truly felt like a home away from home. We would definitely stay here again and have no complaints about our experience.
