THE BAY HOUSE - Less than 11 miles to Dauphin Island.
NO STAIRS. Air-conditioned lanai, for those who want to stay cool and enjoy the view of the bay. Enjoy, beautiful sunrises.
4 BR 2-1/2 BA, 2000 sq ft home. Plenty of parking. Outdoor kitchen, natural gas grill, deck and bar. Starlink WIFI. Launch your boat or jet ski, less than 4 miles away. Bring your fishing poles and bait. Fish, crab, and throw a net for shrimp off of the 300-foot pier. Fully stocked gourmet kitchen. Beds, Master has a king, #1 Queen, #2 Queen, and #3 has a trundle. There is also a fold-out bed on the lanai. A sunroom, with beautiful views of the bay. Washer/Dryer and no carpet. Amenities abound!
I do want to caution people with small children. There is no fence, and the property is located on the water.
If you are looking for relaxation, you will not be disappointed with visiting The Bay House.
