Antlers Inn was nothing special but for the price, it was just what I needed. It was clean, the room was very large, and it was close to the Main Street of town so you could easily walk to the restaurants and shops. It's a bit dated and could use some updates, but overall, I was pleased with my visit.
Cute little Town and very Friendly the hotel was centered and close to many food options rooms where very well up kept nice place to stay while on the road.
We booked this motel pretty late in the day. All the brand-name hotels in the area were either fully booked or over-priced. I took a chance on it and was pleasantly surprised.
The hotel smelled funny, the room was dusty and the sink was not wiped down but mostly it was not secure. The outside entrance doors were not locked overnight and there was no chain or sort of thing on the inside of the room door (There is a twist lock and a dead bolt that can both be opened with metal keys.)
