Great local hotel in Cody

We really enjoyed this hotel. It was nice being right in town, walkable to many great locations. The staff was helpful and super friendly. Breakfast was nice, coffee hot and fresh, tasted great. Would definitely stay again.

⚠️🚫 THERE IS NO ELEVATOR, ONLY STAIRS! There is no lobby, only a hallway with a window to check in at, so don’t stay here if you need to see a lobby. Also, parking is not sufficient, no….there’s not enough of it. I’ll guess that about 20% of guests must park elsewhere. Lastly, you get an old fashioned key 🔑 to your room. It’s not electronic. You are now informed. Now for the rooms. I give them a fair 7.5 of 10. They’re sufficient, they are not bad. If you need a place to stay, this is certainly not a mainstream hotel kind of place, and it’s not a boutique kind of place, but it’s a solid 7.5 of 10. It’s an old building that has been renovated in recent years, but it’s still old, with little parking, no elevator, and no lobby. I’m not saying don’t stay here, what I’m saying is, “stay here, informed of the stuff above”. The staff is very nice and welcoming. Last note: The breakfast isn’t breakfast, it’s junk food to grab and go.

The Scout Inn is so cute! Recently renovated it is extremely clean and comfortable. The reception desk person was so friendly and helpful. Perfect location for visiting Cody! Definitely recommended!

Great location. We love Cody ! The front desk staff were great. The real keys for the door were different. The door itself was a step back in time with the real key and the walls were paper thin. So thin the hotel gave you ear plugs to use. Everything was updated in the room . Nice beds and decor. Mini fridge.
