We had a nice large and comfortable suite. The kitchen area needed new counter tops, but the unit was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. What we didn’t like was the $20 fee for checking in 1 hour early. Apparently this is a corporate policy. Don't understand this money grab when the room was ready.

NO Elevator

Room on second floor with no elevator!!! Had to carry heavy luggage up the stairs at the age of 77. Would not have booked if I had known that they had no elevator.

Good deal, clean and comfortable

I would describe the hotel as “no-frills” but it was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly. I really liked the cookies. The outside of the hotel is dated but the rooms are nice. The location is close to the main part of town.
