Welcome to your modern beachy getaway in the heart of Coffs Harbour. Nestled in a quiet street just a short walk to the CBD, Magnolia House is a light-filled, family-friendly home offers comfort, privacy, and convenience.

The space features 3 well-appointed bedrooms, a stylish bathroom, and a full kitchen with everything you need for a relaxed stay — including a full-size fridge, washing machine and Dryer. Outside, enjoy multiple balconies to sit and enjoy with your friends/family - perfect for soaking up the morning sun, cooking on the BBQ or enjoying lazy afternoons — along with a private, fully fenced yard and undercover off-street parking.

Located on a shared block, Magnolia house is its own separate dwelling. The rear residence, ‘Magnolia Cottage’, is also available to book separately, or you can book both homes together as ‘Magnolia Homestead’ — ideal for larger groups or extended families looking to stay close while enjoying their own space.

Within walking distance, you’ll find the showground, the Coffs Ex-Services Club, Dan Murphy's and a range of local shops, pubs and cafes. The beautiful Coffs Harbour Botanic Gardens are just a short stroll away, offering the perfect spot for a morning walk, family picnic, or a peaceful escape into nature.

Portacots and a highchair are also available on request, making this an ideal choice for families.
