Completely renovated with a large shaded terrace overlooking the riverbank, this house offers 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds (cot available), 1 bathroom with bath, 2 separate toilets on the ground floor and 1st floor, 1 air-conditioned living room with sofa bed (type sofa bed), a fully equipped kitchen open in the living room (washing machine, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, coffee maker ..).

The back terrace of 50m2 will offer you a magnificent view on the many private boats that navigate on the giscle and you will appreciate the clear view as indicated on the photos.

Possibility of mooring 10m (the captainry allowing 11 meters) in front of the house with supplement.

Vacances géniales !

L'appartement est en bon Ă©tat, meublĂ© avec du mobilier simple et quelques piĂšces splendides ! La cuisine est trĂšs pratique et confortable, et la climatisation totale est un vrai plus. Quant Ă  la terrasse, c'est le joyau de cette location, jolie, intimiste Ă  1m de la giscle: petit-dejeuners, apĂ©ros, repas magiques ! Bronzage, lecture, c'est le rĂȘve. Hyper calme. On a adorĂ©.

Trop cher pour cette location

Pour les personnes allergiques aux acariens surtout ne pas louer . Maison trĂšs mal entretenue , personne pour faire l’état des lieux du coup on c’est retrouvĂ© avec une maison oĂč la femme de mĂ©nage n’était pas passĂ© (elle leur a fait un mail comme quoi elle ne venait plus) les propriĂ©taires nous ont prĂ©venu alors que nous nous de la propretĂ© de l’habitation ( plancha et barbecue trĂšs sales et graisseux ) de plus fuite d’eau aux toilettes , lave linge qui ne fonctionnait pas , bruit suspect du tableau Ă©lectrique 
. La liste est longue dommage car cette maison a du potentiel et elle est bien situĂ©e ! Le propriĂ©taire n’étant pas sur place compliquĂ© de trouver des solutions ! A.M

Vue magnifique au cƓur de Port Grimaud

Petit appartement idĂ©alement situĂ© avec vue superbe sur la Giscle, les bateaux et les propriĂ©tĂ©s d’en face, tout en Ă©tant trĂšs au calme. Plage peu frĂ©quentĂ©e Ă  une vingtaine de minutes Ă  pied en se promenant dans Port Grimaud : un bonheur !

Dreckig, ohne warmes Wasser, mangelnde Elektrik, Sale, pas d'eau chaude et manque d'électricité

Wir fĂŒhlen uns abgezockt und können die Unterkunft nicht weiterempfehlen. In der KĂŒche schimmelte das Gefrierfach und die SpĂŒlmaschine. Der KĂŒhlschrank ist klebrig und das Kochfeld fettig. Benutzte unsaubere SpĂŒlutensilien lagen herum. Kein warmes Wasser. Im Wohnzimmer waren die Sofakissen fleckig und haarig. Der Esstisch klebrig und es lagen Scherben auf dem Boden. Der Boden war im gesamten Haus dreckig. Die Toilette war katastrophal hier wurde nach mehrfacher Benutzung nicht gespĂŒlt. Das Bad besteht aus Waschtisch und Badewanne, ohne BadezimmertĂŒr und Duschvorhang. Überall waren Haare und Dreck, auf Fußboden und Badewanne. Es gab auch hier kein Warmwasser. In den Schlafzimmern waren alte Laken und HandtĂŒcher in den SchrĂ€nken. Auf der Terrasse lag allerlei MĂŒll wahllos umeinander. In den Schlafzimmern/ Wohnzimmer sind die Lichtschalter ohne Funktion da es keine Lampen gibt. Steckdosen funktionieren nur vereinzelt Aufgrund der UmstĂ€nde haben wir die Unterkunft frĂŒhstmöglich (nach einer einzigen und notgedrungenen Nacht, wegen einer im ganzen Land herrschenden Ausgangssperre) verlassen. Der Vermieter kam unserer Bitte einer KlĂ€rung vor Ort nicht nach (bei Ankunft war der SchlĂŒssel im Eingang hinterlegt) und das Zusenden von gewĂŒnschten Bildern/ BuchungsbestĂ€tigung der neuen Unterkunft blieb ohne Reaktion hinsichtlich der telefonisch vereinbarten RĂŒckerstattung. Nach wie vor bekommen wir weder von der vermittelnden Homepage noch vom Vermieter unser Geld zurĂŒck! Nous avons le sentiment d'avoir Ă©tĂ© arnaquĂ©s et nous ne pouvons pas recommander ce logement. Dans la cuisine, le congĂ©lateur et le lave-vaisselle Ă©taient moisis. Le rĂ©frigĂ©rateur est collant et la plaque de cuisson grasse. Dans le salon, les coussins du canapĂ© Ă©taient tachĂ©s et poilus. La table Ă  manger collait et il y avait des verre brise sur l‘etage. L’etage Ă©tait sale dans toute la maison. Les toilettes Ă©taient dĂ©sastreuses ici, elles ne tiraient pas la chasse mĂȘme aprĂšs plusieurs utilisations. La salle de bain pas de porte ou de rideau de douche. Il y avait des cheveux et de la saletĂ© partout. Il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude ici non plus. Dans les chambres vieux draps/ serviettes. Chambres pas de lampes. Les douilles ne fonctionnent que sporadiquement. Le propriĂ©taire n'a pas donnĂ© suite Ă  notre demande de clarification sur place (Ă  l'arrivĂ©e, la clĂ© Ă©tait dĂ©posĂ©e dans l'entrĂ©e). Nous avons quittĂ© le logement aprĂšs une nuitĂ©e d'urgence et attendons le remboursement depuis lors.

un doux rĂȘve

Quel sĂ©jour agrĂ©able dans cette maison baignĂ©e de soleil. Le canal devant, trĂšs large, offre une vue dĂ©gagĂ©e sans vis Ă  vis et Ă  chaque passage de bateau, quel bonheur ! L’emplacement est idĂ©al, assurĂ©ment j’y retournerai en saison avec grand plaisir . (Maison trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e).

Avec un couple d'amis on a vraiment apprĂ©ciĂ© cette maison, son calme et surtout sa grande terrasse avec sa vue dĂ©gagĂ©e. Connaissant bien les maisons de pĂȘcheurs, la Giscle est un des plus beaux coins de Port Grimaud/Port Gogolin. Accueil trĂšs personnalisĂ© et trĂšs agrĂ©able.
