The front counter staff was very unpleasant. Almost as if they did not want us there . From the moment we checked in the lady at the desk was very rude with no customer service at all towards me. She did not even greet me but , greeted the customer that was next in line after me .
One of the best Holiday Inn Express hotels weâve stayed in over the past few months. The breakfast is excellent! They even offer to-go bags if youâre in a hurry. The staff is kind and attentive, the beds are comfortable, and everything is spotless. It has that old-fashioned charm from the days when guests truly came first. Weâll definitely be back!

Las camas son cĂłmodas, las sĂĄbanas de buena calidad y las toallas impecables. Tiene ese encanto de los hoteles de antes, donde el cliente era lo primero. ÂĄDefinitivamente volveremos!
As usual when using Expedia they give you the worst room available. This one next to the elevator. To top it off the walls and ceiling are paper thin so the guest noise was constant and disturbing.
The room was clean and comfortable. The check-in was a bit problematic because the desk had a completely unidentifiable credit card number for me. The check-in staff was able to correct quickly but where the third part reservation site got this number is beyond me.
