No refunds will be provided based on the presence of insects or other natural occurrences.





Payment & Cancellation Policy



Booking deposit







  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation.







  • The remaining 50% balance is charged 14 days before your check-in date.







Cancellation refunds







  • Cancel within 24 hours of booking: 90% of your deposit is refunded (10% retained for processing).







  • Cancel up to 30 days before check-in: 90% of your deposit is refunded (10% retained for processing).







  • Cancel less than 30 days before check-in: no refund.







  • Weather-related cancellations: no refunds for weather-related issues unless an emergency order is issued by the county.







Security hold







  • A $250 hold (not a charge) is placed on your card one day before check-in to cover potential major damage.







  • If no damage is reported, the hold is released upon your departure. Depending on your bank, it may take 3–4 business days for the hold to clear.

Anniversary and family gatherings

Our stay was one to remember. Having meals with family and enjoying wonderful memories in such a beautiful home. The host was very kind and helpful with every need from check in to the time we left. We enjoyed the peacefulness around the property along with the scenery of nature.Our dogs constantly wanted to run around the yard. We really loved our stay and hope to go back one day.
