Villa Amaya ist eine moderne, unberührte Villa mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 3 Bädern und atemberaubendem Blick auf das türkisfarbene karibische Meer. Maarten Nur ein Stück bergauf und in 3 Minuten zu Fuß zu einem der schönsten, unberührtesten Strände von St. Martin, Indigo Bay. Die ideale Lage der Villa Amaya liegt nur eine kurze Fahrt von Restaurants und Nachtleben, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Supermärkten und Sehenswürdigkeiten des SXM entfernt. Der atemberaubende Meerblick der Villa, ein raffiniertes, zeitgemäßes Dekor, hochwertige Oberflächen und zahlreiche moderne Annehmlichkeiten schaffen die perfekte Kulisse für romantische Momente oder schöne Familienerinnerungen.

Die Villa ist auf 3 Ebenen gebaut. Die Hauptwohn- und Schlafbereiche umfassen die ersten 2 Ebenen. Die untere Ebene verfügt über ein Heimkino mit Platz für 6 Personen, eine Wetbar und für diejenigen, die die Arbeit einfach nicht hinter sich lassen können, einen funktionierenden Bürobereich mit Highspeed-Internet. Die Villa Amaya bietet WLAN und Internetverbindung in der gesamten Villa. Apple TV und Roku stehen zur Verfügung. Netflix-Zugang ist auf jedem Fernseher verfügbar. Die Villa verfügt über einen privaten 32-Zoll-Infinity-Pool. Sie können auch den größeren Community-Pool in der Entwicklung verwenden.

Villa Amaya ist perfekt in der hufeisenförmigen Enklave von Indigo Bay gelegen und bietet einen atemberaubenden Blick auf das Meer und kühlende Passatwinde, jedoch ganz in der Nähe großartiger Restaurants, Geschäfte, Lebensmittelgeschäfte und dem Nachtleben. Die Villa ist nur wenige Schritte von einem halbprivaten Strand entfernt und liegt nur 15 Minuten vom Flughafen und 10 Minuten von Phillipsburg entfernt.

WOW! What a great place! First, the condo itself was well laid out, had every thing we needed and was very clean. We especially loved our morning coffee watching the cruise ships and our night time adult beverage in the cinema. Next the location in a private area great for walking and just a few steps from a fantastic beach. Lastly, Chris and Leslie were great hosts!

Perfect getaway

Villa Amaya was exactly what we needed for 3 couples escaping to St Maarten. The house was wonderful and clean, and the location could not have been better, just a 5 min walk to the beach. The concierge, Luc, was wonderful and quickly responded to any questions we had. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in the area.

AMAZING Villa!!

Villa Amaya is just as described - beautiful, relaxing, impeccable! Our stay was fabulous. We had two teenagers with us for our trip and they loved the spacious accommodations, pool, and movie room. Indigo Beach was beautiful and just a stroll away. Leslie, Medhi and Lucian were great to work with and took care of our questions and needs. Highly recommend and hope to return soon!

Paradise found

We loved our one week stay at Villa Amaya. Indigo Bay is a small, pristine oasis. The unit is so clean, brand new and even lovelier than the pictures. The kitchen is well stocked. We were a ten minute drive from lots of restaurants and attractions. We loved snorkeling in the bay and eating at the little beach restaurant. We’ll definitely be back.

Another amazing stay at Villa Amaya!

This is my family’s second year of staying at Villa Amaya, and it was just as fantastic as our first visit in 2021. The property is gorgeous, clean and comfortable. The pool is fantastic and very inviting. We wouldn’t change a thing, and we hope to return again next year. Luc is a fantastic local contact and we felt very well taken care of, and Leslie is a super responsive owner who is genuinely interested in ensuring her guests have a great stay.

Very Relaxing and Quiet

We just returned from a great two weeks on St. maarten. First week was a Simpson Bay and second was at this place. It is very beautiful, well appointed and the owner takes care of the place. Luc was on-site and was helpful with any issues we had. The kids loved movie night downstairs in the tv room. We loved the little restaurant down on the water.

Great Family Retreat!

We had an amazing time at Villa Playa. It was a beautiful place with a fantastic view. Our host Leslie was very responsive and our on site concierge Luc was great about welcoming us and available for any questions about food or recreational activities. He was really top notch. Unfortunately, the WiFi in the villa is really poor but on the bright side, it forced our teenage kids to play games and talk with their parents. We would definitely go back again.

First thing when you walk thru the front door is the amazing view straight out the back of the property of the and Caribbean Blue ocean. First trip to St Martin and so worth it. Some of the best food in the Caribbean. The ocean is just a few steps and the 80 degree water was just great. Beach bar/restaurant less than 5 minute walk. House was immaculate very comfortable. Leslie was great to work with and concierge Chris was attentive. We like to visit different island but would consider a repeat vacation. Thank you for a great week

Amazing amazing amazing

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. Amazing views! We were right on the water and surrounded by butterflies everyday. It was paradise. Luc was amazing and was always available for any questions or travel ideas. Our daughter, 7, had a great time swimming in the pool and visiting the bird sanctuary. Definitely rent a car when you come- driving on the Dutch side was really straight forward. Download with google maps for getting around on the French side. We will definitely be back!

Perfection in Paradise!

We had such a great stay at the stunning Villa Amaya. The house was meticulous, spacious and comfortable and the development was spectacular! Everyone we met at Indigo Bay was so welcoming and helpful from the cleaning staff to the driver to the concierge. In particular, Luc from the sales office was amazing. He knows the island so well and suggested what he thought we and our three teenagers would enjoy most for each day of our stay. Thanks to his advice, we had a phenomenal vacation! This Villa and host far exceeded our expectations and will be where my family and I stay every time we visit SXM. It was the most incredible,immaculate Villa with everything you need and more. It has breathtaking views and a stunning beach with perfect snorkeling and tranquility. It is in a private community in Indigo Bay in the most convenient location close to great restaurants, entertainment, and the airport. The villa was very clean and well maintained. It is beautiful and modern with an open concept. The pool was sparkling clean and the views from the pool and pool deck were amazing. We were well prepared before we arrived as Leslie is an amazing host and we were even greeted with a welcome gift when we arrived. Having the Conceirge and cleaning during our stay was just another added bonus. Our stay was flawless!! I would highly recommend this Villa to anyone. If I could give Villa Amaya and Leslie 10 stars I would. Best place we have ever stayed!!!

Wonderful setting and great host!

We loved Villa Amaya...we booked it because of the beautiful location, and it was a bonus that the owner played a big part in overseeing our stay. We had a concierge on site that was very helpful,too! We were given great suggestions on where to eat and things to do. The villa is very clean and well-kept, and we loved the beautiful view and the private pool. The beach down below has a great restaurant and umbrella/chair rental with on-the-beach waitservice. Super convenient! You can walk to the beach or take a short drive down the hill and park. The swimming was great and the water was calm. We also liked that we were in a gated neighborhood. Very quiet and peaceful! It was the perfect week of relaxation! We want to visit again soon!

Everything from the minute we walked into this Villa Amaya was better than described. The sleeping quarters were amazing. The video room was amazing. The view was amazing. Pictures are amazing but you need to stay here to believe it! We rented this gorgeous home effortlessly and upon arrival, the views took our breath away! Total perfection and not a detail missing! The beds were lovely- not your typical rental. We had our own private lap pool and movie theater! A perfect place for either a romantic holiday or with the fam or friends!!! A short walk to the most gorgeous private beachand. Watching the sunset from the uoscale restaurant right on the beach was a bonus! Will be back to this luxurious home! No highrise crowded hotel for us.

10/10 experience and one of our favorite vacations!

First, the house is spotless, modern and spacious with stunning views of the ocean. It feels like a new home, its beautifully decorated and had alot of extras like a cinema room, a full size private pool, high end toiletries, coffee and espresso makers, and housekeeping mid-stay. The host, Leslie was so responsive and helpful leading up to our trip and we asked her SO many questions. She went out of her way to ensure we had a wonderful trip. We took alot of her suggestions for dining and things to do and they were spot-on. There was a lovely welcome basket when we arrived. In my opinion the location of this house on the island is really ideal. Its a close drive to restaurants, shops and activities but located in a high-end, residential gated oceanside community. The beach is within view and a short walk from the house and there is a lovely waterside restaurant on the beach. The concierge who met us at the house, Chris was super friendly and helpful as well. We loved watching the cruise ships pass by in the early evening while sipping wine at the outdoor dining patio. Lovely house, Lovely host, Lovely experience.

A little bit of heaven

What a wonderful place! From the moment we started to book Villa Amaya, to the lead up to our stay, our time in the Villa everything was first rate. We travelled with our adult children and their partners and all 6 of us found the Cilla to be exceptional. It is well appointed with everything one could possibly need, From the cleanliness to the kitchen amenities, to the added touch of robes in every bathroom it was a week of paradise and luxury. The view out over the water afforded a calm and seeing the boats and cruise ships pass was great. A short walk to the beach where the sea was easily entered and the beach kept clean, with the bonus of a lovely restaurant right there. Luc, the concierge was always available and very friendly. Like everywhere on the Island, a car is needed. With cleaning twice over our 8 night stay it made this such a wonderfully relaxed vacation. We would highly recommend Villa Amaya for a luxurious, relaxing and wonderful stay, Until next time ...
