On a glance this property looks great with a great location clean comfortable and very spacious with easy parking
however when a key code is sent 4 months earlier you start to wonder about security and when hotels .com info states contact the property 72 hrs prior to arrival and you phone to check it’s disheartening to find the phone number is disconnected
your problems start now !
you wonder will the key code open the door
On arrival to the property the water is not connected there is no information we managed to find the switch behind a box in a very wet area in the garden to start the rain water pump It would have helped if the large torch had had working batteries to see the issue
Don’t turn on the outside light as it blows the circuit breaker and no lights to any bathrooms or bedrooms so outside you go again !
at that point you can reset the oven
Only one bedside light works all remotes need new batteries and the best part we didn’t need the key or the key code as all the side slides weren’t locked The bed is comfortable but don’t roll over because of the squeak
It needs basic maintenance
Was very surprised that is was a very modern property.
Plenty of room for us all.
The ensuite off the main bedroom was a definite bonus, no fighting for the bathroom. Best property we stayed in while in Tassy.
Only gripe was there were no breakfast bowls and took a little time to figure out the oven.
Brilliant kitchen, great living area, very comfortable bedrooms.
