We had to book budget rooms during a very busy peak season, and had realistic expectations for this facility. We accepted mist likely not updated and certainly no luxury. However, it is still in great need of maintenance that is a very reasonable expectation. We had 2 rooms. In one the toilet seat was barely hanging on, the sink was clogged and very slow to drain, and the facet handle floppy and loose so very difficult to get correct water temperature. In the other room sink was also very slow to drain and and that faucet was too tight to adjust temperature. Breakfast was disgusting and plasticware was in the bins not handle out but bottom out, so everyone had to touch each other's! I prefer to check out when leaving to see my paid in full bill, but our party and another waited at front desk for an employee about 15 minutes and finally just dropped our keys on the counter with others already there.

the property could be updated a bit. also it seemed like they would run out of things for breakfast. like big paper plate. the coffee machine did not work the first day plus there was not any cereal that day. staff was very nice, however, i asked for 2 things the first morning, i tv channel guide, which i did get w days and 3 requests later. next the safe did not work. i ask 3 times amd that never was resolved. i would stay again.
