The problem was simply this.We got to our hotel.We had to rush to our gymnastics meet.We did not get back to close to 1030 pm, and the internet was not working.The directv, or whatever service should they use was not working.And the thermostat was not working in the room. Initially, we picked this hotel because it had a pull.It was also not functional and was down to repairs.That was not told to us until we got there. Yes, we could have contacted the front desk. But as late as it was, it didn't matter. And we were just fed up with the whole thing. And at that point we just wanted to get through the night and get out of there, we don't normally have this kind of bad service with your organization every time we use Expedia, we've been happy, but not this time and I'm really disappointed.

The hotel was lovely in the room was nice the staff was good. Our ventilation system was not working. Despite efforts to repair it did not work. Because we had an adjoining room there was not an option for another adjoining room available. This made being in the room and sleeping quite uncomfortable especially if our shower was used and made the room humid because there are no vents in the bathroom. The adjoining room did not have hot water in the shower and had to use ours.

Bathroom was spotless but the sink drain didn’t work. I informed the front desk, but every time housekeeping came in they closed the sink drain! It was tedious to get it to drain at least a little. The room was clean and pleasant. Great to have full fridge, microwave, and kitchen sink! The room temp could not be controlled although there was a thermostat in the room. I was too hot at night and cold in the daytime. Had breakfast only one out of 5 mornings. Most often, they ran out before the end of the scheduled time. The self-made waffles were great! The staff person handling the food was harried and unhelpful. Front desk staff were civil but mostly unfriendly. Only one middle-aged woman was professional and friendly. The young people were mostly glum. Quite surprising. The location was convenient for Uber drop off and pickup. The Safeway grocery store across the street was miserable. Didn’t feel safe walking to it at night. There were 2-3 people lurking around the one night I walked over. I didn’t try again.

Front desk staff were extremely nice. Amenities were great. AC in the first room we were assigned was not working which caused us to have to change rooms which was an inconvenience. The second room the AC was almost too good. Overall a good stay. We will return in the future.
