My daughter and son n law and my wife and I had rooms that were horrible daughter called us and said they could notstay there so we called to cancel would not respond called hotel .comwho tried to contact them with no results our credit cards were charged full amounts terrible place service ha ha none, management ?? Am so very disappointed, my employee was treated with disrespect and chased out of the room. I had been using you guys multiple times and paying on time and extending room stays. Unfortunately, with our type of work we do not know when exactly the job will end, hence we cannot reserve for a specific date. Your customers should be treated with respect and courtesy. I will ensure to never reserve any rooms here ever again.

Room was very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location is a few miles from everything, but has lots of street noise. I turned the kitchen fan on to drown out the noise and it worked.

I want my money back! The room looked neglected! The fridge with doors all scratched. The internet pretty slow and unusable, even staying close to the main office. The worst part was that there wasn't HOT WATER! Even running it the hot side for 20 minutes and no even warm water whatsoever! I was thinking about staying longer, but no HOT WATER is a really bad!
