Very clean, new and friendly staff. Although it is not the closest to TAMU it's reasonable and very comfortable for game weekends and parent weekends. We used Uber to get to events which also removed the headache of parking in College Station.

This hotel management are unprofessional

I canceled the room in the morning due to being sick and they refused to refund my room charge. I called the manager several times and he did not return my calls. Terrible customer service. Shameful!

This is our 3rd time staying there. The staff are nice and friendly. They keep the hotel lobby are and restaurant nice and clean. However, the cons are the hours of the bar is limited even on a Saturday with parents in town. The room was in need of TLC, it was showing signs of wear and tear in the bathroom and the floors. The noise level from upstairs floor just for people walking was a bit loud. The AC unit would start blowing up cold air with loud noise even with fan on auto. The staff offered to switch rooms but it was too inconvenient for a short stay. I think next time we will consider a newer hotel.

The room and building was nice and clean, however, the specific reason why I chose this place was for their indoor pool. I would hardly call it an indoor pool. The pool was enclosed and not outdoors, but it was not heated. It was ice cold. The kids would not get in the pool and we ended up leaving after getting in for a few minutes (up to our knees). Had I known, I would've prefer to stay in a cheaper hotel without a pool.
