The room was very clean. When the hand held shower head didn’t work for the soaker tub & couldn’t be corrected during our stay the front desk supervisor deducted the upgrade fee I had agreed to on reserving. So I was very happy about that. All of our interactions were very pleasant with any staff there. We will go there again for sure. The waterfront was lovely. 😊

The room is very nice and inviting with the modern kitchenette and the seating for two with a small table is really functional. Bed is super comfy. Fluffiest towels ever! Just the signage clearly identifying a main entrance seemed to be missing. Staff very professional in appearance and demeanour. Kudos!

The spa staff were very nice, but it is hard to get them in the phone. Better to ealk there and make an appointment. We enjoyed the aquapath and my dad enjoyed the massage.

I would not stay here again. We arrived around 830pm and waited 10-15 minutes with only one check in person working. Once we checked in we asked what was the best option to get to our room. We were told we were in the newest part of the hotel. So much confusion try to find our room. We had to walk so far to get there and take two separate elevators. We got lost several times. If we had mobility issues we couldn’t have done it. Our shower tile had two long black hairs on it. (Not clean) The fan in the washroom didn’t work. There was no room service. There was complimentary coffee in the lobby but only until 8am. The staff was not very helpful or friendly.
This is the door you have to go through to get to the second elevator to get our room. Crazy.

Big room with kitchen and laundry facilities. Hotel is made up of different phases, so the floors don't align.... We were on floor 3 walk along the corridor then all of a sudden on floor 2.... It can be confusing. Pool was ok, and visit to spa was good
