While the property was okay, our room was dirty and the bathroom badly stained. We called for housekeeping and they did not even understand English and looked reluctant to clean up.

Pro: close to interstate, micro/fridge in room, restaurants close, easy check in. Cons: toilet did not work properly, bed really soft which is great for one but not 2 people. Loud AC but gets cold, office chair need definite screw drive or replacement, fridge froze all our food, breakfast items in fridge were frozen and limited items, no fruit or juice. Elevator down button does not work.

This property served its propose. We did a whole clean swept before even placing anything down. The sheets were stained, the couch was flithy on both sides of the cushions. The floor was okay but smelled bad, so we sprinkled carpet cleaner on thne floor. I cleaned the tub, sink, and toilet out for myself and children. I sprayed Lysol on everything and I did see a couple of mites located on the cushions. I appreciate the emergency stay, but would not recommend this location until better cleaning is done.

Outside property is very nice. Could tell the outside was recently renovated, but the interior such as the rooms are outdated. In room accommodations such as sinks, bathtubs, and toilet were dirty and worn. Bedding, like the sheets, had stains on them. Had to get a different room which was better but you shouldn’t have to change rooms. All rooms should be held to the same clean standards

It was very ran down the carpet was coming up from half of the entrances the security of the back door wasn't intact the elevator look like it was from the 1950s it looked like the hotel was in dire need of renovations

Could of been better

First night there fire alarms went off 2 times. Next day went off once. The free breakfast was very poor. Yes I know it was free but when there’s really no choices it sucks. Rooms were ok it was pretty quiet. Staff were ok not as friendly as other comments said. It was close to everything we wanted to do.

The rooms could have been cleaner. The light swithches were all dirty. My shower had some red looking stuff in the bottom. Trails of dirt in the edges of the floor

First off the toilet didn't flush We didn't have hot water to take showers there was plug-in covers missing we call front desk to have someone come look into it no one came to fix issue
