The place was filthy, TV remote broken, elevator certificate out of date, hasnt had a deep cleaning in years. Its one thing to be a budget hotel and another to be disgustingly dirty.

This is my experience. Hotel was dirty, kids running around- 1030/1100 at night. Small TV, no "Do Not Disturb" sign in the room. Walls are paper thin-I could hear every conversation the room next door was having after 11pm- Stood there Sat- Tues. Monday morning, I noticed the toilet was no longer flushing- reported it to the front desk and the girl said that she can give ME a plunger! What the actual *&^% ? This was at 10:30am, I was leaving for the day- I said, "Uh, no! I don't work here!" tell maintenance. She said she would- I returned after 10:30pm and the toilet was NOT fixed. Went back to the same girl and she said that maintenance went home at 4pm- I told her, "I told you at 10:30 this morning! she said she can give me a plunger and I can plunge it myself! Again, I said- NO! Not my job! She said they'll fix it tomorrow! I asked her for a different room and she said they were full for the night. She said people who stay there for an extended time will fix things themselves. She got on the phone and called someone- she told me someone would be there in about 10-15 minutes. It's now after 11pm. Finally, someone should up and plunged the toilet. This is just bad everything had I not already prepaid a couple hundred dollars for the days I would have left immediately. The first morning breakfast- the dinning area was disgustingly dirty! No one bothered to make sure it was presentable. I also got (2) spider bites. It's just gross and way over priced.- My opinion!

The hallways and stairs was all stained and nasty. The room was absolutely nasty and felt very uncomfortable staying in. The walls had been damaged with looked like mold gowing on them. One of the conforters had nasty stains on it. Constant screaming and yelling at all hours of the night. The breakfast was mediocre at best. We booked two nights but we only stayed one. The front desk person asked why and i explained everything to him. He said the manager would contact us but no contact has been made. I have stayed in several hotels across the country and even out of the country. This is absolutely the worst hotel i have ever stayed. We booked our second night at the Holiday Inn express by target. It was a much more enjoyable experience.

On the night of checking in which I paid $145 when going to my room from driving from KC to O’Fallon I got there at 10:30 due to many construction stops accident and traffic so seeing a room where sheets and duvet was very dirty and being a non smoking room it Reeked of after smoke the hallway stink the Front desk was very dismissive she decide to only refund me for 1 day in which I don’t get refund yet but I will never recommend this place it was people hanging out smoking weed it was very much SKETCHY !

Needs major work

Older and needs a remodel. The first room I was out in was not clean. There were stains in the bed sheets. It was supposed to be non smoking and people were smoking in the hotel. The windows were not clean in the lobby and pool room. The elevator floor stayed dirty. If I was outside of the room I was paranoid of safety. Curtains in both rooms were old and peeling away. I did not feel comfortable eating the free breakfast. For it to be in a nice location, the feel of the place gave motel vibes. The beds were comfortable and free from any rodents or infestation after my deep dive. However, never will I stay here again.

The air conditioning unit had black mold spots all in and around the ventilation vents. The entire room smelled of mildew or mold. There were spots of brown on the bedspread, no hairdryer 3 towels for 2 guests. We had to check out immediately. We left for Heritage Inn and Suites in Fenton. A 20 minute drive might have saved our health as opposed to staying in the mold infested room! Our clothes were saturated in the smell after only 20/30 minutes of contact with the room!

Needs a good cleaning.

This hotel was disgustingly dirty, everything, the elevator, main bathroom, and my room. There was a big bald spot on my carpet, stained sink, I could see something sprayed on bathroom door, stain on bed spread, furniture all nicked-up, desk chair peeling, just icky. Staff let me check in early, were great and nice. I only stayed one night so didn’t complain. Bed was comfy. Would have been ok with a good cleaning.
