3-room apartment of approximately 55 m2 with terrace overlooking the sea, on the 1st and top floor, private covered parking. It consists of an entrance, a living room with a double sofa bed, TV, an independent kitchen with oven, two gas burners and two electric hobs, new refrigerator, microwave and new dishwasher. a bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with 2 single beds, brand new bathroom with washing machine and separate WC.

Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it upon handing over the keys (double bed kit: 12.00 euros / single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit toiletries: with a large and a small towel: €8.00).
- High chair rental: €15 per week
- Baby bed rental: €15 per week
- Wifi box rental: €39 per week

The rental must be left clean and in good condition. Exit cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant who may, if they wish, request a cleaning service 72 hours before departure (price communicated upon request)
