Apartment is ideally situated in the beautiful town of Collioure. Access to the apartment is not easy with heavy suitcases as it is up three flights of narrow stairs. We were OK with this as we are fit and healthy but it would be very difficult for people with mobility or fitness problems.Information on the cost of service charges was confusing and we had to leave 60 euros in cash for cleaner even though we had already payed this to you (Vrbo). We will be contacting you about this separately for a refund.Overall a very good experience and happy holiday.

2nd floor unit up stairs very close to the beach and town.

Value for money although linen cost to hire was high. (20€) 3 nights. Very convenient. Owner hard to contact on the day but next door shop owner helped with phone number. There were just 2 of us. Suitable for 2 adults/2kids. Would be a bit squashy with 4 adults. Washing machine worked. Ate out so we didn't cook or use those facilities. It was hot and 2 big fans provided. No aircon. Good lighting. Great internet. Plenty of hot water for showers etc.

Bien ! Une précision peut-être pour le parking : on nous a signalé le parking des glacis tout proche. Très bien, mais pour un séjour de plus de 3 jours il est plus avantageux de prendre la carte de stationnement (nous l'avons prise à l'accueil du parking des glacis).

Collioure la magnifique

L appartement est meublé et décoré avec goût et est très confortable( climatisation sur demande, lave vaisselle, lave linge…La situation est exceptionnelle à 50 m de la plage centrale dans une ruelle charmante de la ville. Mais attention cela signifie que vous ne pouvez pas y accéder avec votre voiture pour déposer vos bagages.Attendez vous à traverser la cité en portant vos affaires , et ,vous garer ensuite proche de la gare ( p payant ) .Ensuite il y a 3 volées de marches dans un escalier étroit pour atteindre le logement. Ça se mérite ! Communication cordiale avec la propriétaire mais pas d’ accueil particulier ( bouteille ou autre..).Plein de restaurants autour , des supérettes proches , boulangerie à deux pas. Une location pour jeune couple pas des personnes avec des problèmes d arthrose ou autre . Autant le savoir. . Hormis l accès un peu difficile tout est parfait.

Joli petit appartement idéalement placé

Ce petit appartement à 50 m de la plage est fort appréciable tout autant que son équipement : lave vaisselle et lave linge. Les échanges avec la propriétaire également très disponible et bien aimable. Je recommande cette location et en particulier pour ceux qui souhaitent participer au plus près aux fêtes de la semaine du 15 Aout.

Appartement lumineux à souhait, propre, coquet et bien aménagé. La propriétaire est très agréable et soucieuse du bien être de ses locataires. L'accès à la plage direct nous a enchanté. Vacances inoubliables !!!
