A Catalan building from the 17th century, it offers exceptional service and character.

Five apartments are at your disposal, all year round, for your holidays and weekends.


On the second floor, the "Vermeille" studio offers a welcoming space for 2 people (25m2).

"Vermeille" seduces with its very pleasant character and warmth, especially thanks to its floating parquet. Functional, air-conditioned and well equipped, it will allow you to feel at home for a weekend or a few weeks.

The studio exudes a lot of charm with its modular and independent air conditioning, as well as its double glazing.

Description:

- Built-in kitchen: Equipped with ceramic hobs, a extractor hood, a table top refrigerator, a microwave oven, as well as kitchen utensils and dishes for 2 people.

- Living room - Dining room: Has a convertible sofa "BZ" for 2 people (160x200), offering great comfort, as well as an LCD TV, a table, chairs and storage space.

- Bathroom: Includes a shower, toilet, mirror and storage.

The view of Saint Vincent de Collioure Street adds a picturesque touch to the experience.

The station is very easy to access, you can easily reach it on foot (10min).

The building dates from the 17th century, my great-grandparents were bakers there. She breathes history and tradition!

Collioure Autumn short stay

Great flat. Perfect location (non car user), great town. Flat is small but more than adequate for a couple. Would definitely stay again. Well equipped flat in historic building right in the middle of the old town and close to the Sea.

Résidence St Vincent is is in a fantastique location in the old town of Collioure. The apartments are small but contain everything you need for a couple of nights stay. Even though the building is on one of the main pedestrian streets it’s quiet at night. And only 10-15min walk to from the station. Recommend!

War nur 3 Tage in Collioure; Lage des Studios perfekt, mitten in der Altstadt, gut erreichbar, kurze Wege überallhin. Ausstattung für einen Kurztrip völlig ausreichend. Klappbett etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, wenn man anderes gewöhnt und (wie ich) etwas übergewichtig ist. Gute, sehr leise Klimaanlage, große Dusche. Im Erdgeschoss praktischerweise eine kleine Bäckerei. War zum dritten Mal dort und werde sicher wiederkommen.

Idéalement situé en plein coeur du centre historique dans une rue typique piétonne, commerçante et vivante mais non bruyante. Proche de la plage, du château royal, de la digue, du port, des commerces, des restaurants, ... Charme d'un immeuble ancien et typique aménagé avec goût. L'essentiel est mis à disposition... Le linge de maison... Un bonheur de ne pas l'avoir dans les bagages... Seul petit bémol pour le matelas du canapé lit (personnes fragiles du dos). Bienveillance et disponibilité de l'hôte.
