Great location for Cologne Central; no hot water!

Pros: Location, room size
Cons: Plumbing
Location: Cologne is a great city for shopping and relaxing.
This hotel is very well situated close to Cologne Central Station. The rooms are sizable with sofa area. Unfortunately there was no hot water on arrival and the problem was not sorted out until after breakfast the following day.

Great location for a long weekend.

Pros: Central location close to the main attractions and the railway station. Helpful and hospitable staff. Large, comfortable rooms.
Cons: Some of the furniture was a little shabby and the décor rather dated.
Location: The immediate locality is pretty mundane but the hotel is only a very short walk from most of the main attractions and night life.
A very comfortable 5-day stay in a perfect central location.

Gute Lage, nahe dem Kölner HB. Shopping-Meile und Uferpromenade in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Zimmer ruhig, obwohl Lage zur Strasse. Zweckmässig eingerichtet. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit (z.B. beim Web-Checkin). Frühstück OK. Bei einem nächsten Aufenthalt in Köln gerne wieder dieses Hotel.
