Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich, sehr aufmerksam und extrem aufgestellt. Kundenservice pur. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstück war perfekt: Verschiedene Brote und Brötchen. Kult: Die handgetriebene Brotschneidemaschine. Frisch gepresste Säfte, ein selbstgemachter grüner Powerdrink, Müesli, Joghurts, Aufschnitt, Käse und täglich wechselnde Süssspeisen rundeten das Frühstück ab. Toll fanden wir, dass Eierspeisen auf Wunsch frisch zubereitet wurden und z.B. das Rührei mit Paprika und Gurkenschnitz farblich unterlegt wurden. Dazu gab es täglich einen Flyer mit Wetteraussichten und Tagesempfehlungen für Ausflüge. Unser Fazit für zwei Übernachtungen: Etwas vom Besten, was wir je erlebt haben. Ein Kompliment an die ganze Crew! Und ja, unser Zimmer war ebenfalls toll. Eher klein, aber für uns absolut perfekt für einen 2-Tagestrip. Sauber, bequem zum Schlafen, USB-Anschlüsse zum Aufladen, kostenloses stilles Wasser und eine süsse Aufmerksamkeit. Bad/WC durch eine Schiebetüre getrennt. Absolut still, abgesehen vom Gebimmel der Dom-Glocken. Einziger Negativpunkt: Wir mussten nach zwei Nächte leider abreisen.

Vielen Dank für das nette und positive Feedback! Ja, mit den Domglocken das ist so eine Sache, aber wir können doch nicht drauf verzichten, so ganz ohne Dom wäre Köln schon eine traurigwe Stadt ;-) Und zu Ihrem Negativpunkt, wir empfehlen ganz schenll einen neuen Köln Besuch zu planen, am besten natürlich wieder bei uns im Stern!! :-) Liebe Grüße Michael, Manfred & das "StaR" Team
