**BEWARE** This cabin offers nice views, but the cabin was filthy, infested with flies. Dead flies mashed into the carpets and all over the beds. Dishes and silverware in the cabinets were dirty. Then, I receive a message from this company accusing me and my wife of breaking something on their hot tub, and sent a picture of obvious old damage. Due to the weather being in the upper 60s while we were there, we didn’t use the hot tub or even go near it. This was very predatory behavior, my belief is that this company finds things around their property that are broken/worn out and try to pin it on a guest to pay for. We had a lengthy conversation where we discussed the horrible filthy conditions of the cabin. Eventually, in an attempt to appease me for their baseless accusations and disgusting cabin, they offered a partial refund which I agreed to accept. When I attempted to follow up with them, they began ignoring me and did not follow through. Very shady company, there are many other VRBO options in the area to stay with. Maybe this was a one off incident, but don’t take the risk booking with this company.

So glad we chose this property for our stay in the Colorado Springs/Pike's Peak area. Close to the city but this home is fully in the mountains. Every direction is a different gorgeous view, including surprises like the mule deer who slowly passed the dining room windows almost every day. What a treat to observe them from the breakfast table. Loved the comfort of having three bedrooms each with their own bathrooms. Lovely decor. Hot tub with a view. We truly got the mountain experience staying at this home and highly recommend.

This place was absolutely gorgeous. We enjoyed waking up in the mornings to see the sunrise from the porch while drinking coffee. We enjoyed the loft bed getting to look at the silhouettes of the mountains and stars when going to sleep. It was VERY spacious. The hot tub was a great addition in the evenings to relax and enjoy the beauty around. Overall, I would highly recommend and would love to go back myself.

We will definitely be staying at the Hillside Cabin again! The cabin was the cleanest VRBO we have stayed at. Our family loved the hot tub, rocking chairs on the deck, the wood burning stove at night, and eating outside on the large family sized table. Pikes Peak is a short distance away and is amazing. You get instant responses from the host with any questions.

Picturesque log cabin near Colorado Springs

The pictures of the property are accurate- it’s designed very well. The beds were very comfortable and it was enough space for everyone to gather, but still have their own space.(family of 4: 15 year old girl and 21 year old son) Only drawback was the grill that we struggled with and then when the handyman came out- found out it was broken. We cooked our hamburgers and hot dogs in the oven. Not ideal. The host was responsive to my questions and even credited 100 to the fee for the issue w the grill.

Cozy Cabin in Cascade, CO

This cute little cabin checked all of our boxes. We were visiting our son who attends UCCS in Colorado Springs and it was a quick drive in to the city. When you walk in to the cabin, you immediately feel ready to relax and enjoy the views. The cabin’s decor offers this mix of a family home and a professionally decorated Colorado cabin. The furniture is comfortable and there was plenty of seating areas for the seven of us. The views are beautiful. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the deck and listened to the birds. It was very peaceful. We all slept great! The beds and the pillows were very comfortable. The temperature was perfect, the heater worked great as we were there during a Spring snow storm. There was also plenty of hot water! They had board games for our family to play and we are now HUGE Catan fans! The kitchen had everything we needed. The tea pot and assortment of teas was an added touch. We are already talking about our next visit to this little cabin.

Wonderful Cabin getaway

For my fianceĂš's 30th birthday we rented this cute cozy cabin for 6 adults. It was a very nice cabin and even in March when there was still some snow and cold the house was warm and getting to it was easy with an awd/4wd car. The 6 of us enjoyed our stay and had more than enough room with beautiful views outside. The only complaint i had was that the upstairs king bed was slightly colder than the rest of the house, a space heater would have been nice but the extra blanket we found was enough to keep us warm. Overall this stay was absolutely worth it and made for a very special trip.

Family Wedding

We were in town for a family wedding. This cabin was an extremely convenient location. Beautiful setting. Beautiful cabin. Absurd views. All of the physical beauty is there. The staff team is so Tentative and helpful beyond expectation. Tim & Team gets a 10
