Great location, close to everything

Excellent location center of all business that you will even think of in restaurants. Hotel is spacious shervs hot breakfast. Their associates are helpful and accommodating. We hit 2 or 3 days of winter storm. When we got there, it was great to have hot drinks available Anytime

My heater went out and we were in the middle of a snow storm. I had just stayed at a Holiday Inn express in Denver the night before and was very happy with the experience so I chose to stay at the one close to home until my heat was fixed. It was very cozy and clean and we enjoyed our stay.

Check in person was wonderful. Very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean but the bed was hard and not very comfortable. Pool was a little cold. For the cost it was a good value.

Checked out early and they still charged me.

I had to check out at 3am on Friday, November 15th, in order to travel back to Texas with a family emergency. The front desk told me I wouldn’t be charged for the 16th or 17th. Can you explain why this is not so? Thanks
