The space
You'll have the entire property to yourself. The home was recently updated and is in a nice, safe, quiet family neighborhood. It is close to I-25 and a quick drive to many of the local Colorado Springs attractions. The spacious house is a very comfortable space and updated with modern amenities and granite countertops. It boasts four nice sized bedrooms and a spacious kitchen, living/dining room, and back yard.

Living Room & Dining Area --
To help you relax after a long day of exploring, the cozy living room boasts a television with streaming services and local channels, a smart speaker, as well as games, puzzles books and toys for the little ones.

Kitchen
Adjacent to the living room You will find a newly updated kitchen, fully loaded, with everything you will need to cook meals during your stay. We will have tea, coffee, cream, hot cocoa & sugar available. The kitchen is also loaded up with pots, pans, bowls, a strainer, utensils, fridge, gas range and oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, mixer, blender and a kettle. Additional cooking supplies, such as spices, are above the stove. Cleaning supplies are under the sink.

Dining --
The dining area has a large dining set for your family meals along with kitchen counter stool seating.

Bedrooms --
Two King size beds and two Queen sized beds are included in the four spacious bedrooms. The primary bedroom includes it's own 4-piece bath, television, and office space. We provide high quality bedding, pillows in varying stiffness for optimum comfort, and fresh bamboo linens. Each bedroom has hangers and dressers to store your belongings during your stay.

Bathrooms --
This home has two bathrooms. A standard hallway bathroom and a very spacious master bathroom. Each bathroom includes a bathtub, shower, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap. We also provide cotton balls, cotton swabs, makeup towels, hair dryer and extra rolls of toilet paper. We leave at least one bath towel and two wash cloths per guest, plus a few extras.

Children --
We have a few children's items for your convenience, including a high chair, pack 'n play, baby bath, games, books & toys. Stratmoor Hills Park with a playground is a five minute walk from the house.

Outdoor --
There is an inviting back deck with solar lighting, a fully fenced backyard, and a covered fire pit area that you are welcome to enjoy. You'll also have access to a propane grill.

Laundry --
A washer and dryer are available in the primary bedroom closet. It is stocked with complimentary laundry detergent and iron/ironing board.

Parking --
There is plenty of parking in the driveway and along the street. The garage is not available for guest use.

Guest Access --
The keyless entry pad on the front door will gain you access to the house anytime. A unique key code will be sent to you the day of check in and you can come an go anytime with that code.

Remote Working --
High speed WIFI is available and a workspace with a desk, lamp, & USB plugs is available in the primary bedroom.

PETS --
We are happy to host both you and your pets! This is a pet-friendly listing, for pets who qualify. Please message us before booking to see if your pets qualify. There is an additional fee for bringing a pet to cover the cleaner’s time. Damage from pets will result in loss of deposit.

NO Smoking/Vaping Inside --
Smoking, in accordance with Colorado law, is permitted outside. Please properly dispose of cigarette butts. Smoking anything (tobacco, marijuana, vaping) inside the home is NOT PERMITTED - loss of security deposit will occur.

My husband and I stayed at Teresa's house for four nights and really appreciated all of amenities she had there for our stay. The neighborhood was super quiet and the house was very comfortable. We like to cook our own meals and there were plenty of pots, pans and dishes. Sadly we didn't have time to use the backyard so can't comment on that. We would definitely stay there again when we return to Colorado Springs!

Our host was more than helpful and understanding! She replied to messages instantly and was a source of information about the local area. Two issues arose and she was kind and helpful both times working with me to resolve the issues! The house is wonderful and the WiFi is great. The weather was rainy most days, but when possible, the Grandchildren enjoyed playing in the large backyard. The house is located in a clean, middle-class neighborhood and we felt safe during our stay! Highly recommend this Vrbo!

Great gathering place

This place has a great location. Short drive to so many activities. We had a graduation in Pueblo, dining at Prime 25 in Colorado Springs, Garden of the Gods, Cheyenne Zoo, Pikes Peak, Manitou Springs and shopping close by. After a day full of excitement this home was a perfect rest and recharge place. The kitchen is well stocked with a great layout open to the dining room and living room where we could all talk and plan our adventures. The grill out back was a bonus. Teresa was a great host. She kept in contact with us as we progressed through our trip. She made sure of arrival, departure and ease of access. Off street parking for our rental car was appreciated. We may be back in a few years to celebrate another graduation and will keep this place on our list.

Great Host

This is a very nice large house in a peaceful neighbor with a view of the mountains. Restaurants and groceries are minutes away. The host was very thoughtful and pays attention to details. Also extremely responsive to questions. I would definitely stay here again.

Family weekend at Air Force Academy

Everything about this place is perfect. Well stocked kitchen, huge master suite, nice deck off the kitchen, full size washer and dryer, comfortable beds, easy check-in and a host that is super easy to get ahold of. Greatest vacation

My family and I had the greatest time on our vacation. Our stay felt like home away from home. Everything was organized and labeled and so clean. The property is beautiful and the location was great! We loved the house, very family friendly! We didn't need to bring anything for the kids it was so well stocked. We had Thanksgiving at the house and the open kitchen and living room area was great. We would highly recommend this property and we hope to do Thanksgiving here again!

Great location and communication

We were in town for a cheer competition at the arena down the street so it was super convenient. The house was plenty big for 3 teenagers, my wife and I. It was very clean, organized and decorated nicely. The only two negatives was the TV got very poor over air reception, so you could really only stream stuff. Watching anything live like a football game or something was pretty much not a possibility. Also the small guest room by the garage was very cold. No matter what we did with the heating elements, it just never warmed up much. Neither of these things were really that big of a deal though. If we were to come back to Colorado Springs, I would look to stay here again.

Perfect VRBO

We visit Colorado Springs often and this is our favorite VRBO by far. The location is excellent, home is very well equipped and laid out comfortably. Everything was as advertised and owner was responsive to any questions. Very pleased overall and highly recommend. We will stay here again soon!

Lovely Home-Lovely Stay

We had a great time at this property, although only my husband and I stayed there with our dog, the house has plenty of space for a family. The house was super clean, updated, very comfortable, and nicely decorated. There were many extras, like shampoo and shower gel in the showers, the master bed was very comfortable, the bathrooms were updated and clean, and the towels were super fluffy! The outdoor deck was fun to sit on and there were globe string lights that were festive. There is also a fire pit in the yard, which we didn't use, but looked like it would be fun to hang around. The backyard is big and our dog enjoyed having so much space to run around. We didn't worry about her getting out, because the backyard is fully fenced. And there was even a poopy bag dispenser on the deck, so if you forget your poopy bags for your dog, Teresa has it covered! :) Teresa was very responsive with the check-in and check-out process, and if we needed to ask anything, she would respond right away. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, a wonderful host and I highly recommend this property!

Brief stay

We stayed at this home for 4 days. It was very comfortable. There are a few things that need repair. The freezer door was broken and the dryer stopped working when we were there which we realized after doing a large load of wash. The house was very up to date, nicely decorated and supplied many things like; soap, shampoo, coffee, and towels. There was only one towel per person which we could not wash due to the dryer not working. Hopefully this will be fixed soon. Overall, very nice house. Comfortable and clean in a nice neighborhood

Great rental property with kids

Great rental property especially if staying with young children, everything is well organized and clean. Just know that one room does not have an A/C vent, which is not a problem at night, but for naps for kids during day in the heat of summer.
