The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly, which I really appreciated. However, I was a bit confused about the “$10 back after spending $30” offer because we never received anything for it. Also, the walls are pretty thin you can hear everything from the other room lol. Another thing to note is that the pool isn’t heated, though it wasn’t too cold to swim in. On the positive side, I really liked that breakfast was included! Overall, a good stay.

The hotel felt slightly dated in the room we stayed in. We were traveling with the dogs, so I’m sure that had some to do with it. Overall, the hotel was nice. My daughter felt like we were staying in a resort.

They didn't have the room we requested, we asked for king bed and they didn't have on the first flood and because there is no elevator the first floor became a must because I'm disabled. My daughter's room was broken into but nothing seemed to be missing. The staff was nice and the food was above average.

The reviews were spot on: super clean, excellent breakfast and an incredibly friendly staff. I don’t think I can recall have so many people be so friendly and accommodating in a hotel. Yup, the place could use some updates, but it’s easily overlooked when the stay was nice. I’ll be back for sure.
