Jill the concierge did an incredible job helping us with each of our needs! The entire staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful. The property itself was absolutely stunning, and the whole experience felt elevated and luxurious. We loved getting to use the gorgeous lobby as a space for lounging with coffee or late night chats when the bar opened. The location is perfect for walking around downtown, and parking was very easy. Overall, we were blown away and absolutely hope to stay here again some day.

Will be our go to property in Colorado Springs. Beautiful hotel, great location, attentive staff. Only negative is the resort fee which seems to be commonplace now but for a property like this exploitive.

Great hotel, clean, unique, great location and the staff was very nice. Only bad part was parking, but I think that's just the way all of them are in Colorado Springs, so they don't lose any points against their competition.
