We checked in at 6:00 pm and our room still wasn't ready and when we finally got into it, the bathroom still wasn't completely clean. We had crazy people in the room next to us that were sneaking in and out of their window refusing to pay, evidently for over a week. The front desk clerk had no problem telling us all about it. We had to ask for soap and thank goodness we brought our own pillows because 2 of the pillow cases weren't clean. If I wasn't so tired and there was another open room in town, I would have left. I will NEVER stay here again.

The hotel’s getting some updates, so it was a bit shabby right now, but we’re excited to see how it turns out! We stay here pretty often when visiting our son’s school, and the staff is always super friendly and helpful—they really make the stay better!

There were no towels in the room, no batteries in the remote controls for the TV. The tub didn't have a stopper to take a bath, the towels that we did get from housekeeping had stains on them.

Got about what we wxpected for the price. They were installing carpet so it looks like they were trying to spruce the place up. It needs a lot of work and some serious cleaning. The worker at the front desk was amazing! Brought us towels when we weren't given any and offered us tolietries. The place has potential!

the gals at front desk were great. I could smell smoke in hallway & up to room. I wondered since smoke garbage can just outside door if it smell was from there. i asked about doors being locked at night & they said not available. Sunday 9-28 @ 0200- heard people in pool outside door & no they were not quiet.

This property was uninhabitable. After checking we went to the room, and it was terrible. Towels on the floor, bed unmade and stained, trash in the room and an odor of mildew. WE Left immediately. I asked them to refund the $153 on my credit card. If that is not done I will stop payment and contact the Chamber. I have pictures. What was represented at booking through pictures was fraudulent and not accurate. I wouldn’t let a dog sleep in that room

Beware!

Do not book this hotel. If it is the only thing in town available, go down the road 15 miles and pick somewhere else. The staff are nice enough but the whole experience was a nightmare. Its soooo unclean and run down. The pillow cases on our bed were disgusting. And we only had a sheet on the bed, no comforter. The carpet was caked with nastiness. I complained about the bedding and they gave us brand new out of the box, so that was at least a step in the right direction. Only one towel in the room. Asked for more, none were clean.... this was 7 at night when I asked and the hotel was not full. Lots of people just walking around at night, did not feel safe. Do not bring children here. Owner was not nice either.

The room was fine. A little deep cleaning would go a long ways. The building it self needs some safety measures, I didn’t need to use my card to get in the building because the outside doors were all unlocked. The pool area was dark and has a huge hole in the window and again you can walk in without your card from the outside. The check in was fine but you walked past a group of people to get in to find an empty desk, called and someone from that outside group smoking came in. Not a bd stay but needs some revamping before we come back.

The first room they put me in had bed bugs. Then they put someone eles in my old room and gave him my deposit. I finally got my deposit back but she told me since she messes up and gave the one guy two deposits back that mine was coming out of her paycheck its not my fault they shouldn't have put anyone in a room with bed bugs and the pther thing they had for breakfast was an apple
