The staff was very welcoming and very professional. Id recommend to anyone to stay here n ill be bavk to stay. Meg the manager was very nice and understanding. Always worked with me. Thanks for an incredible stay.
Stayed here due to close proximity to interstate, but it was the only thing great about the stay. When we got there, the first room still had dirty towels on the floor. Requested a new one. The staff was great about getting a new room quickly. The new room was even worse off. The tub wouldnât drain. The ceiling was leaking from the floor above and had black mold forming. The linens smelled clean, but were stained in places.
Comfy beds and best water pressure of any place I've ever been. Breakfast was good and air conditioner worked really well. Needed more towels and washcloths.. only 2 of each for 4 people. And smaller cigarette smoke in hall.. even though non smoking.
This was a nightmare trip to say the least first off I got a room with a jacuzzi yeah I was wrong there are two different king bed suites that are labeled the same in room choices one has a jacuzzi the other donât same price but thatâs not the bad part when I checked out the lady told me she was doing
A audit so it would take a hour I said ok left my card and left then a hour later I notice my card charged several times for the room again I called she started yelling you need to resolve this now I kept asking what email or phone number I could send proof too she would hang up to the point of 2 hours later and twenty charges to my card and her repeated refusal to hear I had paid in full with proof I had to call the cops when she threatened to call and have me arrested for theft of services finally a officer called me I was able to show in fact it was paid on arrival even when she called to apologize I said maam all you had to do was give somewhere to send proof or answer the phone for Expedia she again started screaming they never called me your lying I hung up if not for the awesome police force in Columbia I would have went to jail for something I paid for
Room was nice and clean. Bathroom was great and looked updated. Make sure you use the locks on the doors. Had went for breakfast the morning we left and came back and didnât bother locking the door. At 9:30am the door opensâŠ. It was house keeping and they didnât bother to knock. If itâs after check out time, I get it. But before check out time, house keeping should knock and not just walk in.
It wasnât too bad. For some reason I ended up getting a couple bug bites while just hanging out in the room. I was also a little bummed I couldnât get a little later check out, first time and hotel thatâs happened at.
Person checking us in was very nice. The fact that you do not have an elevator to the second floor is ridiculous! The bathroom was nasty and the breakfast area was very dirty the next day. I would remove the â Quality â from your name and just call it â Inn â.

We had a great stay here. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was accommodating, friendly, and nice. The room was dated, bright and you could hear a lot of surrounding sounds. But overall we had a nice stay.
There were stains on bed spreads, shower curtain, built up grime/dirt on bathroom floor, towel shelf broken and unusable. Whole place was a bit shabby, unkept looking.
Both days there were 2 people in parking lot, sitting on sidewalk, looked like they were getting Wi-Fi.
We booked two queen beds. Got a king bed with a sofa bed. Pulled out the sofa bed and the mattress was completely wet. 2nd room the sofa bed had a dirty sock & sex toys stuck in it. Would not recommend this place at all.
